Which resort in the Destin to 30A area should I visit next?
My family will be staying in Miramar Beach in June. My brothers family goes every year. This is my first time and I’m sure it won’t be my last. I am so excited.

I've lived in this area for over 30 years. There are even more hidden gems but I will not tell so all the tourist don't come and mess it up like they did Destin and Panama City. Keeping it real.

I moved from Fort Myers to Tennessee mountains.
I'm in TN trying to get my husband to take his construction/painting business down there so we can live. I would love to buy a place anywhere down there. Would it be a good idea to move there from TN? He seems to think it's too much competition so he wouldn't find work. 🤷♀️
Oh My your Husband would have so much work here ! there is a shortage of contractors and painters because we are growing so fast!

I've tried to get a room from one need of the gulf to the other. Can you help me get into Hidden Dunes. I normally stayed at Edgewater at less than $3000. a month but since the pandemic the cost his unreal. Some up to 200% Heck I just want a rent a condo for a week this june! Help!!!

What’s the traffic like?
Traffic is an issue but it is really bad when it rains and vacationers cannot be on the beach.
Traffic sucks during the day. They are still working on the roads
Does this town allow short term rentals?

Yes Jeffery Miramar Does get crowded but Hidden Dunes has a private beach so it is not crowded.

Please, it would be a lot more effective if you would be showing the actual footage of the area while you're talkin about it instead of just talkin nobody wants to listen to somebody just talk anymore
