How far is the Summit building from the beach ?

Love this video and the first thing the chair guys have to do is stake a line from one end of the beach chair to the other so that they can line the chairs up along the string. That's how they get them so straight! The first time we went to WC we got up early to watch them set up. SO COOL!

My family will be staying in Miramar Beach in June. My brothers family goes every year. This is my first time and I’m sure it won’t be my last. I am so excited.

Awesome Video, we have a place at Tops'l and love it there but Grayton Beach is by far my favorite place in SOWAL.

Im a 45 year old single male. Where if any are the younger or single partier type people. Or the beach that single women would go???😂 would that be Grayton beach? Or would there be 30 times better luck in Tampa or Broward County

I am still debating whether I should buy a rental property in Crystal Beach or 30A. The properties prices are pretty much similar in both areas near the beach. But I’m not sure which area gets the most visitors. Please advise. Thank you

I've lived in this area for over 30 years. There are even more hidden gems but I will not tell so all the tourist don't come and mess it up like they did Destin and Panama City. Keeping it real.
