Friendship affinity high means Hank tries to trust you even if Connor is acting less than perfect. This seems realistic. I love the friendship between Connor and Hank. It is very realistic and has some of the best scenes in the game.
I actually think I like this path better than the 'perfect bromance' path where Hank risks his job to provide a distraction for Connor. Just like you said, I think this path is more realistic as it shows Connor is still fighting his deviant nature and it also implies the difference in his advanced programming compared to older models, such as finding it harder to deviate. I also think it shows his natural 'cold side', as a detective model's personality, and is more fitting with the whole 'famous deviant hunter turned deviant himself'. Shows he does indeed have more of a past of killing androids than perfect deviant Connor does by saving or being kind to every deviant in the game. I think if Connor saves Chloe then it's made to look Connor is deviating too easily (by saving Hank, saving Traci's etc.). But for a badass, supposed to be killing machine model, i think the whole less-than-perfect attitude (of shockingly killing Chloe after saving Hank and the Tracis) just shows the true depth of Connor's brave struggle with embracing deviance. It also hints at Connor's thoughts, of how he might potentially be fighting back and fourth with himself in thinking that androids are inferior in comparison to human lives. As well as that he solely saved Hank because he knows he likes Hank but won't admit such feelings took precedence over his mission. I think, depending on the result you get from the scene with Daniel and Emma, a more neutral and slightly cold Connor throughout the game (until the very last minute of turning deviant in front of Markus) especially fits with, let's say, the badass ending of Connor shooting Daniel. Whereas if you just choose to kill Daniel and then just be super kind/perfect in Hank's eyes throughout the rest of the game then it sorta doesn't match up to the original indication of his personality, nor how much he values his missions. I also like the added bonus, of preferring this scene to the 'perfect bromance' scene, that Hank doesn't potentially lose his job. And the fact that there's still potential to keep things more neutral with Reed Post-DBH, if there was a sequel. Or at least that their relationship (Connor and Reed) haven't already escalated to such a hostile level and that, that is still yet to come. As an angst fan myself, I like the idea of how haunted Connor would be Post-DBH. Thinking, regretting and blaming himself for his slightly cold actions (or perhaps more specifically the player choosing colder dialogues), towards for example both Daniel and Carlos Ortiz's android, than perfect deviant Connor, and not admitting and facing deviancy much sooner. It adds up better to the whole fact that he was a hunter. I bet he would constantly review the footage in his mind of looking in to Chloe's soul-ful eyes and hate himself for having chosen to kill her when he thought, even at the time when he had his gun pointed at her head, that he felt he shouldn't kill her. Poor Connor having ptsd to the max because of his job before the revolution.

GEEEEZ THIS GAME. I didnt know this Hank and Connor scene could be different. The whole tone of it is changed. I'm blown away at how much detail is put in this game!
LOL I KNOW RIGHT?!!! That's why I love this game so much. It's so realistic in that your EVERY decision could lead to a dozen different outcomes! Just like real life!
Why isn't there an option to point the gun at Kamski? Connor: "You will answer my questions, or I will run an experiment of my own." Hank: "Connor!!" Connor: "I will not kill him... But my program is ambiguous about kneecaps."
Actually, thats what I would do BUT I wouldnt be afraid to shoot Kamski as I find him to be the true leader of the deviants. Shooting Chloe is useless. Why Connor doesnt probe memories of all androids that Kamski has there? Sooner or later he would have probed the one with the key. Also, Connor can find Jericho immedietly after The Nest BUT the game doesnt allow Connor to review evidence immedietly after he collected it. Connor would arrive in Jericho (like he does in Crossroads) but there would be only 19 androids in working order without any weapons and without hope.
John Bainbridge Because Kamski is innocent. He’s committed no crime. A Detective Android and Police Lieutenant get help graciously, willingly from a reclusive, retired billionaire, who has no reason to help them, and they threaten him? Disciplinary action against Hank would be the least of his worries. Cyberlife would scrap Connor for even threatening their old CEO.
There's something different in Connor's tone when he said it's not just his "Social Relations program" talking. Almost like, more human? Or more real? I don't know, but it's a nice small detail :3 *Edit* Just so it’s clear, I know very well who Bryan Dechart is XD
Connor is the best game character in the entirely game universe. I have never felt so much for a game character. I hope Quantic Dream creates more with him... that would be great.
The biggest reason for that is Bryan Dechart. He, excuse me, deviated you could say, from the script a lot at least physically with improv. He did a lot David didn't like and because of that we got this sweet sweet boy. 👏👏💖 I've also heard Cage wasn't as involved in the scriptwriting as he's been in his past games, which is probably why, though not spotless, Detroit is so much higher of a quality 😂
I actually missed the Cage effect in a strange way though. Imagine how much of a different game it would have been to see in the final act Nanite Aliens and intergalactic Cyber Demons were actually the cause to all our problems, and Alice was actually the prophecied child who would save the universe, being birthed from 2 androids XD
You should watch his actor play the game. He plays it with his wife who plays the Traci's too. It's pretty great. He just set up a youtube at bryandechartofficial. But yeah, if you want more Connor that's probably the best you'll get for a while. XD
It sounds crazy, but knowing David's writing, I would completely believe it xDD. Don't forget Matrix fighting , you're the Chosen One, and shit, Sumo is an evil magical talking dog and behind everything. Ī ŁĪĶ€ Ð૦ĢŚ
Even after a month down the road after release date, replaying the game 5 times, and binge watching DBH vids, there are still scenes that I've never seen before wtf
4:55 I find it so cool that when Connor says he might be compromised, his LED turns red. Just the attention to detail in that Connor's afraid of Amanda's reaction.
Whoa Connor is quite unnerving in this but I like it... he's firmly in the middle. It's so eerie but... powerful. This game thinks of every little detail and it shows in the acting.
This makes the conversation with Hank so much more impactful. Normally when I play I either save Hank and don’t shoot Chloe or do the exact opposite, so this is really interesting!
I like how the blue arrow goes up with Hank when Connor says 'if that's the case, I'll find out when I get to jericho'. You can see Hank is concerned about what will happen next in this path (of Connor killing Chloe) because he probably hadn't expected Connor to make such a decision (again, of killing Chloe) when Connor has been empathetic in the past. He knows Connor's still mixed up and is still in denial of being a deviant. The blue arrow going up shows how Hank is a little reassured that Connor is, apparently-if it's not a lie - to which Hank knows the possibility of that it could be, willing to keep an open mind when getting to jericho. You can see Hank clearly is on the side of deviants but also likes Connor enough to have hope (and take the risk of letting Connor go) in that he will change sides last minute, therefore not trying to stop him from going to Jericho to accomplish his mission. I mean you can see Hank doesn't want to go down the route of killing Connor to stop him, despite Connor being determined with completing his mission of destroying deviants, and he won't rat him out either about what Connor's doing. But he still wants the deviants to win because he views them as people and wants them to have justice. The only way for deviants to win is to get Connor out of the picture, or at least make him join them. Therefore it's Interesting how Hank shows he won't intervene here, despite the fact that (at this point in time) Connor is unpredictable and there is still a high chance of him only sticking to his mission. Good stuff.
G0M1 it shows Connor’s internal struggle with deviancy and being a machine so he tries to choose between them but as the game progresses, he decides to turn deviant at the last second and that (in my opinion) makes it the canon ending to me.
@@connordervoncyberlifegesen8529 Yeah, definetly as you said, also I think that Hank already knew that Connor was a deviant since the beginnign, like, he started to suspect about it but then he confirmed his thoughts with this conversation
I like how Connor's denial (which Amanda eggs on because she is actual trash) makes him sound stupid at times, lol. "I'm not a deviant. By the way, I really liked being your partner, and that's not my social relations program talking despite the fact that would literally qualify me as a deviant."
It's weird that hank seems more sincere and emotional in this scene although I guess he's talking about Connor actually showing empathy towards him, not just another machine. I just love how Connors lips are a bit pinched when he's talking to Amanda, like he's afraid that admitting he's having feelings outside of his programming will lead to her shutting him down right away, and his LED going back to blue when she comforts him instead.. Two emotionally manipulative sociopaths in a zen garden eh?
god i had no idea this was even possible! i figured if you killed chloe you would ruin your relationship with hank and wouldnt be able to unlock this scene! huge thanks for showing everyone this possibility!
Not a problem. You'd need spare the deviants and save Hank and have enough of a high friendly relationship with Hank in order for the negative status you'd get for shooting Chloe to not turn into neutral or hostile.
I actually killed both the Tracis AND Chloe in my latest playthrough and still was able to maintain friendship with Hank and got this moment. It is to be noted that I saved Hank on the roof, and prevented the massacre at the stratford tower, both of which are actions that get you a good chunk of approval from him. Besides that, I was careful to choose dialogue options that wouldn't piss him off.
It's weird sometimes, I have a friendship rank with Hank for saving him at the urban farm, but I failed every mission after that and killed the androids after and he was still my friend. The only difference that I noticed is that if you don't reduce Connor's software instability as Markus, then your path to deviant will be locked
I can't disagree with this statement. Anytime you can put together a good buddy cop duo you've got me interested [ ie. Bad Boys - Will Smith & Martin Lawrence, Die Hard with A Vengeance - Bruce Willis & Samuel L Jackson, Training Day - Denzel Washington & Ethan Hawke, 1989 The Killer - Chow Yun Fat & Danny Lee, Beverly Hills Cop, Lethal Weapon, 1982 48 Hrs - Eddie Murphy & Nick Nolte, those are a few that come to my mind as pretty good. ] XD
I love them, but I wouldn't say that they're the only good part of the game. Most of Kara's story was good and everything Markus related after he became a deviant (besides the whole North romance) was great.
Jeez just when I thought I saw everything this game has to offer, details, choices and outcomes like this that I’ve never encountered before comes up always manages to blow me away. Goes to show how your choices actually DOES matter! Hats off to quantic dreams for putting in so much time and effort into a well made game like this!
I tried something to see if you got different dialogue, instead of saving his life on the roof I let the deviant get away, and instead saved Hank from the deviant at the Stratford tower who starts shooting everyone in the hallway, shot Chloe, still retained the friend status and he does bring up the Stratford thing, saying that Connor protected him and risked his life to save his. :)
Not yet, only screenshots, but I'll replay the chapter and save that part and try and get it up :D but I played through it and immediately thought of this video to share the experience XD
Omg this is something I've never seen before! :O Thank you so much for putting a lot of time and effort in finding hidden gems (like this one) in the game! You're the best! :D P.S. While these never-before-seen scenes were super moving in a way, I still prefer the scenarios players usually get in this chapter when Hank helps Connor find Jericho in the archive room by beating up Perkins. :P
Yes, I do like it when Perkins gets his comeuppance. I still laugh every time I see the person that Connor can release from the jail doing a running punch that causes Perkins to do a spin. That gets me every time. XD
Holy shit nondeviant Connor is so creepy and robotic... its fascinating to see he can still be friends with Hank and become a deviant later. This game is so well thought of!!
Unfortunately this route means Connor can't tell Gavin that he's going to miss their bromance and honestly that piece of dialogue is life. Still, I love the alternate dialogue for Hank and Connor if things go this way :P
4:23 Amanda: "I expect you to find answers, Conner. Not ask questions." Me: "Well Amanda, in order to find answers I have to (*drumroll*) ASK QUESTIONS!"
A very fascinating little twist in the story. Thank you for showing it. It is not a resolution I would use much myself though, because it skips the evidence room scene. And I have way too much fun wiping the floor with Gavin's face. :-D
What's Ironic about this scene, is that Connor's assigned "owner/handler/partner" is Lt. Hank Anderson. At 1:30, Hank gives Conner a direct order/command to leave and NOT shoot the android. An Order/Command both as a superior commanding officer and as a human giving input to an android. By Conner defying Hank and going against his order, Connor is actually choosing the deviant option. Regardless of his directive or mission.
8:10 I have to agree with the "determined" option. Androids were created to serve humans so I don't think a sane android would want risk a human life to accomplish his mission, nor would he need to feel empathy for a human to save it. Even if Hank had a 99% chance to survive, saving him would still be the most logical decision from a moral standpoint.
Aasimov's first law of robotics - "A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm." .. Interestingly, this law could very well be a reason why Kara becomes deviant. On the other hand, Connor is an advanced model Android specifically designed with narrow instructions for a single objective. Amanda also stated that only his mission is important. An "all other considerations are irrelevant" instruction is not so far fetched. At one side, you are quite correct, on the other side . he is a Terminator with a strict set of program directives. The amusing thing is .. neither choice would be particularly wrong depending on how you look at it.
Yvette Szentesi You are right, though for Kara, I can't help but feel like it's really "unrealistic" that she has to become a deviant in order to protect a child from domestic violence. Why can't she just call the police or be able to try to protect people that are being abused? A human maid would do better than Kara in a situation like this (or at least I hope).
Ricardo Ferrari. *_"unrealistic" that she has to become a deviant in order to protect a child from domestic violence._* Notice the "Does not compute" expression that she takes when Todd smacks Alice across the room. At the moment she might have been unable to form the correct action because it is her owner that does the abuse. Can she take action against her owner? *_Why can't she just call the police_* Would you find it curious if your car whistled up the gendarmes because you broke the speed limit (Or ran a red light?) with it? On a similar note. For her to call the police could be construed as undertaking an action that is detrimental to her owner. Would a non-deviant android even be allowed to do so out of her core programming? You also get the classic "lawyer" conundrum. "Do not talk to me about what is right, talk to me about what is legal". If she calls the police you would have to assume that she would recognize that what she sees is illegal. (as opposed to wrong) That is not necessarily the case .. she is not a security android like John. Markus as well had to be instructed by Carl to call the police because of Leo breaking in. Kara at that point is programmed for a specific task. On the spot dealing with violence perpetrated by her owner might not be part of it. *_or be able to try to protect people that are being abused_* The interesting thing is: She does. By moving forward right after whenAlice flees upstairs. Her intent being to protect Alice from further harm. To which Todd responds by commanding her to "Don't Move" which she must obey. This sets up the Conflicting Directives idea. On the one hand her maternal instincts, need to protect Alice from harm and her core programming move her to action. On the other hand the command of her owner prohibits her from doing so. The only way for her to resolve this is to break her programming and become deviant. I believe Kara, of all three main characters has the best and most valid reasons to turn deviant.
Yvette Szentesi I think Kara could be programmed to take action against the owner in case he is very mentally unstable or isn't giving reasonable orders, with no need to become deviant in a situation like this. My problem with the chapter where Kara becomes deviant is that it is unclear why she does it (did she have to be close to Alice to become deviant? Or is it because she simply didn't want to see injustice?), and the reason it is unclear is because it's actually the player that faces that decision. The game basically says: stay still for an unknown amount of time and have a potential game-over or actually press these buttons on the screen so you can play the game and protect a child which is going to be attacked. This is a case where the situation speaks much louder than the story and the gameplay is aligned with the morally right decision. Note that if the dilemma was: stay still for an unknown amount of time to save the child or press the buttons on the screen and kill her, the sequence would be anti-gameplay and wouldn't work well for the game, because many players would be misguided into pressing the buttons. That's my feeling for that (and thanks for the reply).
while i do not ever want androids to gain sentience and revolt in the real world, i think this game is mainly about finding humanity in unlikely places. and a little scifi and holocaust parallels here and there. just in case though i will practise being nice to siri
Damn struggle at 04:40 just KILLS ME!! His desire is All Over His frozen Face, fighting to come out OMGGG!!! #JustComeOut #theCloset 🥺 #FeelingsForHANK
Boy, that tone that Connor has when he talks to Hank at the station feels scarier and colder than the way I've seen it in other videos. It's like he's barely showing any emotion. I didn't think he would change that much just from shooting Kamski's android.
I think that those who get attached to the menu screen Chloe would always spare her and miss out on this interaction. Spread the video around to those who still don't know about this. :D
I did my best to chase that sweet "grey narrative" spot. Violent revolution, remaining a machine, being friendly with Hank, but doing my best to not tip Amanda off that something is amiss, and of course, the cherry on top- *lowers his gun at the last second* _Amanda: //betrayed//_ Deviancy comes in different ways.
"look, in my defense it wasn't sentient yet and I couldn't hurt it, and it died pretty fast and painlessly, so I would say it isn't morally wrong exactly"
0:06 I went after the deviant. I felt horrible by doing it, but I thought it was still too soon for Connor to be able to understand that life is more than 1s and 0s. At this point in time, I think he would still see people as mere parts of a big working machine.

@@Dark_Voice
Shooting Kamski means there's a path where he doesn't fucking win-
That would be such a good idea. The whole game is just his experiment.
GOLD
Thats cringy, but not so bad
There's something different in Connor's tone when he said it's not just his "Social Relations program" talking. Almost like, more human? Or more real? I don't know, but it's a nice small detail :3
*Edit*
Just so it’s clear, I know very well who Bryan Dechart is XD
Indeed, the actor Bryan Dechart did an incredible job in adding nuance to each line read.
+Viktoria Magrey
I know what you mean! Yeah, that’s true.
meroko15701 6:40.
And a bit of taking from Hank always talking about programs.
Yeah, it’s very interesting
Connor is the best game character in the entirely game universe. I have never felt so much for a game character. I hope Quantic Dream creates more with him... that would be great.
I agree. David Cage should stick to writing about androids like the characters in Detroit. They are his people after all.
The biggest reason for that is Bryan Dechart. He, excuse me, deviated you could say, from the script a lot at least physically with improv. He did a lot David didn't like and because of that we got this sweet sweet boy. 👏👏💖
I've also heard Cage wasn't as involved in the scriptwriting as he's been in his past games, which is probably why, though not spotless, Detroit is so much higher of a quality 😂

Even after a month down the road after release date, replaying the game 5 times, and binge watching DBH vids, there are still scenes that I've never seen before wtf
me too dude ..
Cheryl Chan wow only 5 times, I’m around 14
I still discover New thing frol this game 4 years later
6:49
Hank: yeah, sure you're not a deviant, not even in the slightest
6:37 anyone else see that little grin on Hank's face?
At least... i think i do
haha i love that
Omg Connor's voice at 5:30 why is he so badass all of a sudden
That’s scary
because 99% of the time you would get that line with machine Connor. Bryan acted more and more cold on that route
4:55 I find it so cool that when Connor says he might be compromised, his LED turns red. Just the attention to detail in that Connor's afraid of Amanda's reaction.
"I take my orders from Cyberlife. My mission hasn't change."
Bryan's voice became so low like a machine
Whoa Connor is quite unnerving in this but I like it... he's firmly in the middle. It's so eerie but... powerful. This game thinks of every little detail and it shows in the acting.
Indeed.
'im happy to have known you, lieutenant' i dont know why that made me emotional but here i am
This makes the conversation with Hank so much more impactful. Normally when I play I either save Hank and don’t shoot Chloe or do the exact opposite, so this is really interesting!
Spread the video around to those who still don't know about this. :D [ This one took some time to figure out. ]
Good stuff.
Omg THANK you for including all of the dialogue !
It only made sense to do so. :D
6:40 this part is so creepy for some reason.
"I- I really mean that. At least... I think I do."
D:
Odd things happen in Connor's mind palace.
Again this game has impressed me. DBH its emotionally amazing.
i've never had more than 5 likes in a video ;---;)
Hanks face at 8:51 made me die inside a little :')
Same
it was cute :)
Hank : Hey connor
Connor : *looks at hank*
Hank : Nothing
Connor : *TRIGGERED*
god i had no idea this was even possible! i figured if you killed chloe you would ruin your relationship with hank and wouldnt be able to unlock this scene! huge thanks for showing everyone this possibility!
I thought the kamski thing was the last straw for hank no matter what. Thats pretty cool
Just need to be super friendly with him for the shooting to not knock down the relationship to neutral or below.
8:50 Omg Hank looks like he's gonna cry, I can't handle all these feels T-T
I see something new every time. Incredible.
Ikr, this game is BIG af
Connor and Hank parts of the game are the only things worth playing It for, and the soundtrack of course!
Jeremy Tewari even before Markus' deviancy, Carl's so great and the scene of Markus painting is a masterpiece
Jess G Markus is my favorite, he’s just got such a great story, although I either love or love to hate all the characters in this game
But does graphics
Jeez just when I thought I saw everything this game has to offer, details, choices and outcomes like this that I’ve never encountered before comes up always manages to blow me away.
Goes to show how your choices actually DOES matter! Hats off to quantic dreams for putting in so much time and effort into a well made game like this!
Ms. Lizzy Blitz unnnnlike telltale
"That hug still gets me"
I tried something to see if you got different dialogue, instead of saving his life on the roof I let the deviant get away, and instead saved Hank from the deviant at the Stratford tower who starts shooting everyone in the hallway, shot Chloe, still retained the friend status and he does bring up the Stratford thing, saying that Connor protected him and risked his life to save his. :)
No freaking way, that's pretty awesome! Do you have a video of that?
Not yet, only screenshots, but I'll replay the chapter and save that part and try and get it up :D but I played through it and immediately thought of this video to share the experience XD
That would be great. Reply back when you have it uploaded. :D
ruclips.net/video/UOVpeYIm-fM/видео.html
Here ya go ^^
Omg this is something I've never seen before! :O Thank you so much for putting a lot of time and effort in finding hidden gems (like this one) in the game! You're the best! :D
XD
U faccing vac sacker
Every time I think I've seen everything, there's always MORE
Holy shit nondeviant Connor is so creepy and robotic... its fascinating to see he can still be friends with Hank and become a deviant later. This game is so well thought of!!
Unfortunately this route means Connor can't tell Gavin that he's going to miss their bromance and honestly that piece of dialogue is life. Still, I love the alternate dialogue for Hank and Connor if things go this way :P
Yeah and he can't kick his ass after finding Jericho's location
Not true, u can still get this but have Connor do that. Just shoot chloe and ask for the virus or rA9 *SIMPLE*
6:40
I’m disappointed that Hank didn’t went:
“Well, if that’s not part of your program, then what is it? Maybe you really are alive.”
Jesus this game! I've played it twice and watched two playthrough and a ton of these vids and I'm still finding new scenes and dialogue all the time
😂
Spread the video around to those who still don't know about this. :D
Lol i played it like 12 times and still finding new things
4:23
Amanda: "I expect you to find answers, Conner. Not ask questions."
Me: "Well Amanda, in order to find answers I have to (*drumroll*) ASK QUESTIONS!"
I, too, had no idea how differently the tone of this scene could play out. Outstanding find! Thank you for posting!
Thank you for watching. :D Feel free to hang around.
I feel like this is the most wholesome version of this scene that I've ever come across, I love it!
Every time I think I've seen it all, there always turns out to be more! I like Hank's line about the rooftop more than the Chloe one
Spread the video around to those who still don't know about this. :D
"My name is Connor, I'm the emotional shock sent by Life"
oh wow, thank you so much!! ive never seen this interaction before
4:49 poor connor, looks like he is about to cry,or is just my imagination?
OMG CONNOR WHY ARE YOU SO ADORABLE AAAAAAAAHHHHHH
A very fascinating little twist in the story. Thank you for showing it.
It is not a resolution I would use much myself though, because it skips the evidence room scene. And I have way
too much fun wiping the floor with Gavin's face. :-D
I thought so too. Spread the video around to those who still don't know about this. :D
3:06 "having to chew two evils"
This game is such a masterpiece that I still find new scenes and dialogue options even after years of watching it on youtube
FINALLY someone did it. Thanks
Were you looking for this? XD. Spread the video around to those who still don't know about this. :D
Cheng Teoh Yes i was but I couldn't find it anywhere. All i found was Jericho located but eith a bad relation to Hank.
Cool, if there are any other scenes that you are wondering about feel free to ask and I'll see if I can put it together.
I still wish that with that hug at the end the relationship thing came up showing hank as "Family"
They way Connor says “I get my orders from CyberLife” my gawd the way he stares..
And the way he said it it sounds so dark -.-
That's what I was thinking, I was scared. It was so eerie and creepy.
3:08 every time when I hear kamski saying: "than having to choose between two evil"
My mind: "nothing to chew two equals"
Daaaang this version of Connor is intense.
"My mission hasn't changed."
Just when I thought I couldn't love them more than I already did....
Thank you!!!
0:44 its so cute when connor tilts his head wtf
Nothing warms my heart more than seeing hank and connor hug.😊
I love kamskis voice and face. I love it
Your relationship with Hank is more important than your mission Connor.
hank is smiling like i know your a deviant thats really cute
Hank: you'll have to choose your side, Connor
Connor : oh OK *stays machine*
Hank: dammit! *throws Connor off the roof*
6:31 he's so human holy crap
Wow, I never saw this dialogue before, how cool that this also possible - it‘s so amazing!
In the end Connor becomes a deviant if you chose that but it is the right thing. Hank would appreciate it.
The way Connor looks at hank when saying he gets his orders from cyberlife is terrifying
"I'm not a deviant!" has the same energy as "It's not like I like you or anything!"
*_"unrealistic" that she has to become a deviant in order to protect a child from domestic violence._*
Notice the "Does not compute" expression that she takes when Todd smacks Alice across the room. At the moment she might have been unable to form the correct action because it is her owner that does the abuse. Can she take action against her owner?
*_Why can't she just call the police_*
Would you find it curious if your car whistled up the gendarmes because you broke the speed limit (Or ran a red light?) with it?
*_or be able to try to protect people that are being abused_*
The interesting thing is: She does.
What an awesome and insightful interaction
Damn struggle at 04:40 just KILLS ME!! His desire is All Over His frozen Face, fighting to come out OMGGG!!! #JustComeOut #theCloset 🥺 #FeelingsForHANK
Hank: Watch your back
*Rooftop scene*
Hank: I told you so
“And that’s not my Social Relations program talking, I really mean that. At least... I think I do.”
Such a good line from this branch in the game
This was honestly cool thank you a lot 👍🏿😁
The turn Connor does at 0:37 cracks me up every single time I see it. It’s so dorky.
Hank is a true friend.
Damn the way Hank grabbed connor at the end shows how much he changed
Boy, that tone that Connor has when he talks to Hank at the station feels scarier and colder than the way I've seen it in other videos. It's like he's barely showing any emotion. I didn't think he would change that much just from shooting Kamski's android.
My heart explodes every time I see them hug
Ah, here it is! This is the outcome I got on my "preferred" run of the game. Good to see a video finally up.
I think that those who get attached to the menu screen Chloe would always spare her and miss out on this interaction. Spread the video around to those who still don't know about this. :D
I did my best to chase that sweet "grey narrative" spot.
Violent revolution, remaining a machine, being friendly with Hank, but doing my best to not tip Amanda off that something is amiss, and of course, the cherry on top-
*lowers his gun at the last second*
_Amanda: //betrayed//_
Deviancy comes in different ways.
How to make Hand say "You're getting colder everytime you come back"
"look, in my defense it wasn't sentient yet and I couldn't hurt it, and it died pretty fast and painlessly, so I would say it isn't morally wrong exactly"
In my version, Hank instead talked about when Connor saved him at Stratford Tower.
0:06 I went after the deviant. I felt horrible by doing it, but I thought it was still too soon for Connor to be able to understand that life is more than 1s and 0s. At this point in time, I think he would still see people as mere parts of a big working machine.
I love how when Kamari asks him to shoot his led is yellow showing he’s indifferent and torn on saving a life or accomplishing his mission
1:20
I like how when he said machine they made the word have alotta echo
6:31-6:50 oh gosh THAT SCENE 👌
5:30 that change in Connors voice is so much more serious
I have never seen this before! Thank you!!
Spread the video around to those who still don't know about this. :D
Cheng Teoh will do!!
I actually like this scene more than the one if you don't shoot
Thanks for sharing this!
Spread the video around to those who still don't know about this. :D
