TikTok Viral Upgraded Canned Cinnamon Buns
2 cans cinnamon rolls in a 9x13 pan (5 pieces per can)
1 cup heavy cream
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp cinnamon
3/4 cup light brown sugar
Directions:
Place cinnamon rolls into 9x13 pan
Evenly add 1 cup heavy cream
Combine melted butter, cinnamon, and light brown sugar until fully incorporated and pour over cinnamon rolls
Cover with foil and Bake 350 for 45-ish minutes until liquid is mostly absorbed
Cover with icing from the cinnamon roll cans and enjoy! Хобби

For anyone wondering why you do this since she didn’t explain it specifically. This is how you make the rolls ooey and gooey like Cinnabon. I dont have a huge sweet tooth so I just add the heavy cream and it makes my homemade ones super moist and gooey 🥰

It's very easy to prepare, includes a few ingredients that everyone has access to, and ppl aren't nervous to try it (simple food).
Yeah what ^ said. I feel like recipes made out of things that are easily found in the kitchen end up as hacks or trends because while there's things are eaten commonly in a particular region, in other places on the globe it's not something you'd make yourself but now you can !

We go thru a lot of those canned cinnamon rolls. It works with the orange cinnamon rolls too. Chopped almonds or pecans on the bottom of the pan make them 🤤

As someone who made cinnamon rolls at a bakery, if u put that mix together with the cream and put it on the bottom and place the rolls on top bake then use a baking tray to flip the pan over all of the bits will be on top

Seriously, making simple baked goods is not that hard, nor does it take *that* much time.
I do make that from scratch!!! They are my late mother-in-laws recipe. Make cinnamon buns as you wish. Simmer together for 10 min 1/2c each butter, brown sugar and whipping cream. Pour over baked cinnamon buns.
Your recipe seems like the cinnamon rolls keep their structure. I may try this.

Tried this for the 1st time today, AMAZINGLY AWESOME. I tweaked the recipe by putting chopped walnuts on the top before baking. Absolutely delicious. 😋 Thank you for posting your video, it's the best 👌 👍 😊
To open any can biscuits, i got over my fear by unwrapping, then i take it in both hands and twist, one hand above and one hand below the diagonal seam works every time and i took the power back. Dont be afraid of the pop!!
I tried this today exactly as shown on video. While making the butter/brown sugar/cinnamon mixture I thought I would pass out from the mere decadence and was so sure it would be appalingly sweet. Not so, everyone, including myself, loved it. It was rich but awesome. Thank you!

I tried these. The kids and I thought they were very fluffy, but it lost structure and was goopy. I’ll stick to the regular can.

My family has always made this kind of sauce for cinnamon rolls, but you pour it on after baking so it doesn’t get goopy! You boil together equal amounts of cream brown sugar and butter and then pour it on the warm cinnamon rolls and it’s amazing ☺️

This is already been suggested before I see on your comment, but what you do with the side of the role of dough on the sharp edge of your counter top & it will pop open without any trouble. Make sure that u hit it firmly not too hard & not too soft. It will pop open. Nothing to be afraid of.

I agree. What is gained here, really? Trying to actually make cinnamon rolls from scratch would taste wayyyy better and while still unhealthy, wouldn't be this. Would taste far less tacky too.
I don't wanna control people, but part of me just wants to say to pick a lane. Make cinnamon rolls yourself, or buy them, but we don't really need to be adding sugar to sugar to sugar all for something that is sweet but ultimately mediocre in quality.
I’ve done this before with my cinnamon rolls way before tik tok lol! It’s basically the easy way to make “Southern Butter Rolls” instead on the heavy cream we use milk and I’m not sure if you added sugar but yeah. Good ole butter rolls 🤤 😋

Great cinnamon should rolls have date paste inside em. You mix date paste, melted butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and you put that as the filling.

I just made these! So yummy. I only did one can and measured “with love” but only cooked at 350°F for 30 minutes and they were perfect! Next time I want to mix cream cheese with icing.

I made cinnamon rolls this past weekend. Our recipe uses a bread machine but I somehow managed it in my stand mixer (I’m notoriously bad at making bread).
