    As someone who does watercolor as well, I’ve never heard of step 2 but wow it actually made a difference. I’ll have to include it in my process from now on. Thank you for the informative video 💖

    Wow your teaching method is way more easy it's easy to understand the points you are trying to say it's just like crystal clear I learn something new and some thing more which I have ever known the watercolor techniques are so many but the way you show the technique in the process of doing water coloring is so easy to understand and so easy to control the flow of water and also easy to pant the light part and the dark part 😊😊😊😊 I really like your techniques and your great artworks 😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I use acrylic white for the highlights! It pops alot when you take in mind the watercolors! It gives it a glass effect

    I took a beginner watercolour class last year but I never learnt all the steps in this process. I think because we didn’t have time to wait for each layer to dry before moving onto the next one. I found this to be so helpful in knowing how to be more intentional with the actual painting stage. Watercolour feels less overwhelming for me now 😅 Thank you for an informative video, esp. with starting out with the wet on wet and base layer .

    beauuutiful! i tend to be really all over the place when starting a watercolour, often starting with shadows and then adding more later and just being generally confused. thank you for the steps!

    I always thought using hard graphite pencil sketch is 'wrong' when working with watercolors! I'm so relieved to find a professional artist who thinks it's not. :)

    I love it that you mixed media this hibiscus painting Jess! I’ve been thinking of incorporating my prismacolor colored pencils with watercolor and watching you do it has helped me to go forward.     I've been too focused on not allowing lines to show through and then I get confused haha but I recently started lining some of my watercolors so maybe I should try and just do it like you do...draw it with thicker lines and shading...hmmm
