      I showed up!!! Used 2 lbs for the single hand pulls on the floor and 10/15 for the rest!!

    One year ago I did this workout for about 5 weeks and I did see results. . . then, I got lazy and my back and arms looked flabby. Today is the day and I am going to do this workout 4 or 5 times a week -doing lower body in alternate days. I almost quit at 9:00 because I don't like superman, but my better angel won and I did finish the workout. Yes Rebecca, everything is a process. How true!! Thank you!! August 15, 2022

    Thank you for this! I've been trying to build up my strength in my back. I've been dealing with chronic pain from bulging discs for the last few years and strengthening my muscles is the key to feeling less pain. Your workouts have helped me so much.

    Back is burning with those scarecrows and bent over rows how ever I would Superman pulls because I get confused when I go to alternate pulls
