One year ago I did this workout for about 5 weeks and I did see results. . . then, I got lazy and my back and arms looked flabby. Today is the day and I am going to do this workout 4 or 5 times a week -doing lower body in alternate days. I almost quit at 9:00 because I don't like superman, but my better angel won and I did finish the workout. Yes Rebecca, everything is a process. How true!! Thank you!! August 15, 2022
