    Just coming off our first summer as a company. We did over $70k May-August but it is going to slow for sure. This video absolutely helps with some ideas moving into slow season, where I am more limited on time since I am also a full time college student.

      Glad you made 70K for your moving season. As a start that's really good. Use the slow time to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it and then put it in checklist (systemize/processesitize). Great job.

      What was your main marketing? I’m trying to connect with apartment managers and nursing homes

    Interesting I’m looking to increase sales currently we are doing 2.5M per year seeing how long it will take me to scale to 8 figures with this sector. Currently gained ownership of my company doing around 900k 3 years ago and 2023 should be around 2.8-3.2M with all our new contracts!!

    Did you ever make $1M as a moving company? I can't find any info that supports it. I've searched Hoovers, D&B, and LexusNexus. Do you have receipts proving you are the authority on this subject?
    No. I'm not trolling. As a business owner I've burned thousands on marketing that doesn't work. Yes, Postcards, and GMB works, but 10-30k/month....thats sounds super inflated. PPC will keep you busy, but chew up your profit.(why do this?)

      Good question even though I can sense the underlying sarcasm. No, technically I did not have a million dollar company. I did gross slightly over $900K the last few years that I had my company. At my peak I had 3 to 4 crews depending on jobs and was running on average 5 trucks a month.
      But let me ask you a question: What credentials do you have to make you an authority on whether or not I'm an authority?
      And seeing as I am giving out FREE info what does it matter? You can either accept it or not. Use it or not. What will it hurt you to use my info? Should you use my info and it doesn't work out for you what have you lost?
      Or maybe you can listen to that other guy that built his "million dollar" company by defrauding and scamming his shipper's while trying to hide using a myriad scheme of shell company's and Alleged money laundering for his mob buddies.
      Oh did I mention that he was convicted for his fraud?

      @@7FigureMovingAcademy Jae. Lower you shields. This is NOT an attack. I looked up your company's historical. I didn't see the turnover being that high.
      Your numbers of crews to income generated does line up reasonably well.
      However, I'm aware of marketing for trust that builds into a sales funnel. My concern is NOT investing money, it's time.
      I'm on my 10yr and yeah 2k22 was my banner year. I'm looking to make it my worst year.
      Maybe I'm being a little skeptical because I'm in a vastly more competitive market than most.

    favorite for me is post cards and least favorite is cold calling but ima have to get my ass out there and do it bc august isn't looking so good for me so far but question... do you have a company to refer for SEO? thank jay

    • @7FigureMovingAcademy
      @7FigureMovingAcademy  2 года назад

      Cold calling is great for immediate boost in booked jobs. For SEO I recommend Nick Dimoro you can book a call with him at calendly.com/freegrowthplan Make sure you tell him I sent you and if you sign up with him I'll send you some freebies.

    I have tried SEO with a guy you recommended, did it for approximately nine (9) months. No results. What do I do next?

    • @7FigureMovingAcademy
      @7FigureMovingAcademy  6 месяцев назад

      First off I'm sorry that it didn't go as you would have hoped. But are you sure it didn't work?
      SEO is a long range marketing plan and strategy. It's not just something that you do once and get all these leads.
      It is commonly known that SEO takes 6 months to a year to really START being effective. Doing for only 9 months it seems you may have quit too soon.
      If you need more immediate leads and traffic then you should do door knocking and PPC.

      Jae could have done a better job explaining how referrals work in a strategy. Because he didn't explain as well as other methods, it shows the world he knows the other 4 better and has had better success. Referrals and return customers were my 3rd best marketing source in the last 15 months, because my guys were taught how to do a good job and they develop rapport and real relationships with our customers. We send out Christmas cards if known where a customer lives and some gifts for big moves. We have broken customers' belongings and still gotten referrals. If you disagree with Jae (which sometimes I do) you should explain your point of view rather than come at it all close minded.
