Love the part about having them going ahead and take an action by writing down your name and phone number. Helps you take control of the call and gets them in the swing of saying "yes". However, with cell phones now being the majority of phone calls and many people making them while driving or otherwise pre-occupied do you still see people actually following through on a consistent basis?

Booking the moves without actual move coordination is fraud. You are creating a disasters. Idiots. “Notes” are dumb. Making movers look the same. If its a larger move they need a in person estimate, not a sales team.
