This guy lost all his muscle because he couldn’t work out for 100 days. He used to be ripped and extremely fit after working out for 15 years straight.
But then everything changed in 1 second. While doing a one-arm pull-up he tore off his bicep, After surgery he couldn’t work out for a long time, and he saw himself get smaller and smaller in the mirror. I promised him we would get him back to fit in 90 days.

Keep in mind he was in shredded before and this is why his results are amazing in 90 days. This is called muscle memory. Since he was working out before and had results it was easier to reach his goal in 3 months than most beginners. Another thing is that he didn't have a problem gaining fat while he was recuperating, and this plays a big difference!

This video was great to understand a bit how we can overcome injuries or actually stay away from them. With age that's how we learn and specially now I just want to keep up with my athleticism as much as I can when I am about to turn 40. I started calisthenics in 2015 and helped me a lot with my physique and mental well-being. I recently recovered from a patella injury after pushing through a heavy resistance training plan I pass to my athletes. I built up a recovery routine almost every single day and that did not carry any weight, and I learned that giving the basics a time will actually increase strength. Thanks for your work guys & keep it up! ah...and to have better joint function overall ... #drinkyourwater ! :D

Please don't get discouraged if you don't have the same results in 90 days. It's completely different when you have been training for 15 years vs not at all. When fit and you take a break the body will retain some shape which is considered muscle memory. ❤ Consistency is key. If you stay with it you will see differences gradually. Listen to your body don't feel the mirror represents your work. The image will change eventually with dedication and commitment. 😊

@@WeizenKind Yeah Coach Greg did a reaction on this basically explaining that was how he lost so much muscle mass in 100 days. Was probably on peds before that.

I'm 11 years old and hated my appearance in the mirror and when I started watching Browney I started to workout and loved my appearance after. Browney really helped me.

I’m coming off a torn labrum surgery back in end of February and I’ve been so hesitant to get back into so I don’t re injure it, this gave me some motivation to get back in I gained good bit of weight and lost a lot of muscle from not being able to work out

The funny thing is that the reason I subscribed to this channel was because I saw a reel about Bob's bicep tear and I wanted to see him back in shape. So happy about this❤🎉
