- In this video I showcase my “new to me” 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Teams. Limited to 1500 units this Trails Teams is the rarest of all FJ Cruisers. Between the blacked out grill, black TRD wheels and stunning sandstorm color… I absolutely love it!
To me, this is a design marvel and if you’re a Toyota Enthusiast, you would certainly love driving one. It’s simplicity at its core tied to bulletproof reliability.
If you can put up with the poor fuel economy and blind spots, you’ll be extremely pleased with the FJ Cruiser.
With 24K miles, one owner and no accidents. I couldn’t pass it up.
What are your thoughts? Which Trail Teams color is your favorite? Although my 2014 FJ Cruiser TTUE was in better condition and had less miles, it was also much more expensive. This is one I wouldn’t be afraid to actually drive.

I’m from Saudi Arabi, and as you know TOYOTA announced 2023 fj to be the last production year with a 1000 special final edition fj. Guess what ! It’s exactly looks like 2010 fj trail team edition, same sandstorm color and same black accessories. So congratulations for you 😂 you nailed it this time.

I really never appreciated these vehicles until they stopped making them Lol ! Now i think they are so cool! Congrats on the beautiful ride!

You made a good buy. It's worth more, now. i just saw a 2014/94,000 mi. on a Toyota lot a few weeks ago for 45,000. It wasn't a special edition or Trail Team either. I'm sure it may not sell for 45,000 but they must feel it's possible in todays market.

Hey pal me and the Mrs. were wondering how your relocation went. Glad to hear the tires held up for you, you were pushing it on 12 year old tires, the Good Lord must have sent a couple of his angels to watch over you guys. Back in Wyoming the view reminds me of your former place there a bit. Like the FJ, like the place and like seeing your dogs settling in.😉👍👍
Appreciate it Sam! It’s been a hectic couple of weeks but it’s been fun too. Very busy… but excited to get settled into our new home. Unlike my vehicles, this one I can honestly say will be a much longer term home. =]
As for running the 12 year old tires, haha yeah… I was super nervous. Little sketchy, so that’s why I had Mrs. Untamed drive that. You know, just in case lol.

Haha yup! What people don’t see is the additional $$ being poured into this new house. Ie… “downsizing” the vehicle fleet but putting a lot into our forever home. =]
@@UntamedMotors a guy I work with has an FJ with 300k miles on it. Same color too. Look new. Only mod he did was tires and he put a snorkel on it
You got me back with this FJ, huge fan. I own a 2007. You know that Toyota will manufacture the next FJ electronic? Maybe we will see it on 2025 🚙.

I've got a 2010 TT also ! I wonder why you didn't get a passenger arm rest. Mine is also in excellent condition. Sitting at 110K miles. One thing i changed out is the headunit with a 2011 FJcruiser.

Yes a FJ with 3 inch factory Trail Teams lift on 33inch tires and roof rack as shown can fit into a normal sized height garage opening
i just found a 2008 iceberg trail teams with 100k miles and a completely clean frame, in the north east to boot. i traded in my wrangler for it the second i test drove it. i fell in love instantly. the dealership is putting on new tires and a new windshield so i dont have it yet, anxiously waiting to drive it again lol

I just bought a 2011 lx570 with 86k miles and first thing I did was change oem spark plugs and transmission fluid at Lexus. You may want to consider doing that.
Not a tree in sight. Big difference from the east coast. Good luck with the move and expanding family.

Gorgeous fJ and good decision moving to Wyoming! Colorado vehicle licensing fees are outrageous, would have been very expensive to replace vehicles at the rate you do.
Wyoming is awful expensive to plate vehicles too unfortunately

Definitely has surface rust throughout the frame. Hope to get it treated and coated soon.

Thanks Kent, yeah we were originally aiming for northern CO but the more we looked the more we were left underwhelmed. Cost a ton to get a nice house with any property down there. We got a lot more house and property here for our dollar. Great community feel here too… wonderful place to let the kiddos grow up. =]
I have one, underpowered, small fuel tank and the fuel mileage is terrible. Other than that it’s great.
For Sale in two months.
I paid $17,600.00 2008 Trail Teams with 149k mileage. Moto wheels 33inch tires, white sand, bass, rack bull bumpers,leather seat Factory skid plate. All TT options plus an air box that retails for $600. Purchase 2/1,2022 from Hertel Auto Group Forth Worth TX. No accidents, clear title no dents. Paint needs color correction on 2-3 panels. All wiring for light rack and for front bumper
YAA said the bubble just popped and it’s a buyers market now.

@@UntamedMotors I was in the USAF 23 years and figured you went from Maryland to Wyoming for FE Warren AFB. One of my best friends lives out there still. I have a 2012 TTSE that I’m building out to overland; purchased it in July 2022 and rides like butter. Great seeing that rare 2010 TTSE!

We were aiming for Colorado but we got a lot more house and property for our buck here. Plus we loved it when we lived here previously, so it was a win win.
