Mick Taylor baby! Hell yeah this is the era where the Stones were at their peak and untouchable 🔥
The Stones were at their creative and performing peak - 50 YEARS AGO ! And they are still performing. Taylor was a genius guitar player. We will never see the like of the Stones again IMHO
You know, sometimes Bill isn’t even the bass player on the studio versions of songs, but live he was, and my God could he play the damn thing. He shines in these Brussels Affair performances.
Bill says just lay it down and I'll be ready for the tour
I saw the Stones five times, four of them with Bill Wyman. Wyman simply killed it. I don't mean to take anything away from Darryl Jones, who is a fine bass player. But, Wyman worked organically with Charlie Watts and Keith Richards and propelled every song to the stratosphere. And, he stood like a statue, usually chewing gum, looking blase about it all. But his bass was like a punch in the gut and made my body vibrate!
Nailed that! Bill’s black magic absolutely shines on all of their live performances, especially in times of Taylor Era! “Heartbreaker” is a perfect example!
Mick Taylor on fire with amazing guitar solos
O
Mick Jagger on fire with amazing fistie pumps.
@@lyndonlively8990 lol!
Truer words, etc.!
Mick Taylor jezus yes well an big extra.....anybody knows....I hope!
Great era for the Stones this. Taylor.... taking the band to higher levels.
Mick Taylor, we miss you!
No one can replace the great mick Taylor !
Listen to Bill Wyman! Fantastic. Greatest Live album I've ever heard.
Bill the Groovemaker!
Vorst National…. I was there for both concerts….Billy Preston on keyboards, Mick Taylor, Ian Stewart on piano, an amazing horn section….the Stones at their finest 🔥🔥🔥😎🥂
tight band here, I can hear btw the bass line very distinctively and it sounds great, Mick Taylor fantastic on guitar as ever.
Mick practices his karate every day!!!
Yes indeed! Those early seventies years with Mick Taylor certainly produced some of their best, IMHO, including this live version of this one. Certainly one of their high points, even for them...
Bill's bass playing is great here!
You won't hear that voodoo bass sound at their live shows now, so pity! Bill was the Magician!
Stones at their live best
Mick Taylor we miss you!
The stones really play this very tight ,funky and bluesy. Sorry my english
These GHS songs are so significantly better in these live performances.
Odd, isn't it? It's a pretty good album but the songs do sound much better when played live.
Indeed, many say,I agree, lotta dope going around, but this line- up,Mick Taylors playing, really shines....some of the Best live Stones I've heard.
.
👍🔥🔥🔥
Really great albums GROW on u and become ya favourites. Critics and casuals totally MISSED the brilliance and DIVERSITY OF GOATS HEAD SOUP .
The original mix of the album was a bit murky - the new reissue is better. But still, they had so much energy on this tour that really comes through. I do love that album dearly though.
Stunning. Everything that was great about 70s era Stones is in this.
This is the Funky blues of a band at its peak , imo
Is it my imagination that the rock bands of today aren't one tenth as good as the bands of the 60s 70s ?
Stones firing up some extra funk starting at 2:34....mint!!!
..yeoww!..that extra funk is the jump off here!..this version is pure fire 🔥!..stay strong and stay safe..New York June 26, 2021..
Greatest rock n roll band ever. Those white boys could jam
Billy Preston's Clavinet playing, which is even more exciting in the version of the other Brussels show (also on RUclips).
@@andzwe great tip thank you and all the best!! 👋🙏👍
@@televinv8062 Pleasure, this is the best sounding clip of that particular one, I could find (with Jagger's raw introduction): ruclips.net/video/VKBqw2bT63A/видео.html
Excelente audio, thanks
So cool❤
Mick tira el 1,2 en jab durante más de minutos....estaba para boxear en peso lisergico ❤
not easy ever getting tired of these good melodies
Stones forever... real rockers that give zero flying ducks !!!
Can't wait for my ghs deluxe box set
Hey stones hope you tour the USA 🇺🇸 for the 60th anniversary. ... especially Philadelphia pa.... keep on Rolling... you are the best Rock 🎸 band in the world 🌎
AHHMAZING AS ALWAYS!!!!
THIS SONGK IS SO NEW YAWK
Got the Goats Head Soup De luxe Box set with this killer show on CD as a bonus awhile back ( I already had 4/5 bootleg versions collected down the years, a little disappointed the disc wasn't Blu ray 5•1 surround sound just like the album itself📀🎸🎸🕺🎵🎶(🥁R.IP. Charlie Watts)🙏☘️
Mick Taylor should have never left the Stones ... their best time
Killer! Fuckin Rolling Stones! Mick T kills it!
With this song and sweet black angel the stones were the only band that talked about race issues before it was a mainstream thing.
Sweet Black Angel was a tribute to Angela Davis.
Love sweet black Angel, great song
Not really this is 73 sly and more had sung about it before then
LoL! I sat here watching this clip for like a minute and a half before realizing it was a loop.
Top fitness, but I get the chills from this track😮
Oh yeah, parceiros todos, Hello Mick Man! l
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICK 7/26/2024 YOUR 80
Damn these solos are so tight they really lift up the song
Aquí estamos.
The unstoppable Mick Jagger :)
fine sound
ancora un tema sociale splendido testo che segnala la violenza del potere
Jagger underated great lyricist.
💗
so much depth to the band's sound in 73
👌💎
Never heard this version. Until recently there was only one mick Taylor version on youtube
This is the fkn BEST one!
Dommage que la vidéo ne montre que Mick boxing, j'aurais apprécié de voir les musiciens.
There are no videos of this show.
Mick Taylor 👏👏👏.
2:05 crazy Keith Richards
I guess it's Billy Preston
That's definitely Billy Preston.
temazoooo
Still pretty great, although I surely prefer the excitement and magic of the other version from the Brussels '73 shows, with Jagger's raw voice introduction. My favorite version of this song, anyway.
Agree completly, I always listen to the first version.
Fucking amazing
Simplesmente lindíssima. ...
Mick Taylor wasnt Good...Mick Taylor was God👌
LOL!
si cuando escuchas el estribillo no te pones las manos en la cintura y haces el baile del pollo de Jagger te gusta el reggeton
Doo doo shodododo
#ar'breako!
KA-Ra-tehhh
Noice
Taylor. Mick Taylor. Jesus...
Araki : :D
Karate!
:D
All Stones songs were better live in the 70s with Mick Taylor playing lead and Keith chugging out the rhythm. Great example of this Midnight Rambler.
ㅠ
ㅠㅠ
Mick Jones everyone
Weird detached video. Music is like drinking hot gold.
You folks dont even know what I know in hards of a works to be a band.
This video's may oppose on the music...i.m.o., that is of course
Seems they ran out of ideas for visuals on this video
They play it too fast
