I don't know a place in Zona Colonial. There is a place in Santo Domingo Este called Delicias del Mar they have good fish.

Can you give me some steps of the process? How should I go by buy the property? I know I need a real estate agent what bank would be best for me or should I try to get finance from the United States?
If you have the money and you already know what property you want to buy, the process is easy. I recommend getting a lawyer or someone who can do the process on your behalf that you can trust. It's as simple as making sure the property has a clean title, making sure the person selling it, they actually own it, and once you buy it get the title transferred. This is a service I offer and can help you with this or as I mention retain a lawyer.

The way I love chicharrón makes me feel guilty 😂 We stopped on the side of the road on the way to Boca Chica . I had mine with Yuca y wasakaka 😋 omg! And they don’t make it that good in the area I live in so I have to wait until I return 😢
