At what age do insurance companies in DR stop providing health insurance? I am thinking about retiriing but have heard different information about age and insurance coverage. Keep doing what you do, so real and informative
It depends on the company. I've seen some do 65 and some do 70. I recommend get the insurance prior to retirement and instead of waiting until your 60 or 65.
You should have said no because they keep that information on file just in case one day you do decide to get it. I'm sure that if your husband and your are about the same age and he doesn't smoke it would have been between 550 - 600 per year. I currently pay $820 per year for 500,000 for 30 years. But I got mine when I was 35 years old.

This is great info to help you understand and determine what the difference in insurance in the states compared to DR.. Everyone will have to do the plan that’s best for them but having a lil up front knowledge can help. So, thanks, again for guiding us through bc if we are considering the move one day this is something to think about.

For the life ins .u missed mention the death benefit
In the example I gave the policy is worth $150k. From what I understood this paid out to the beneficiary and can use it for burial, etc. But if you need clarification I would reach out to the insurance company to see if they can answer this for you.
I'm confused. In Jay's last video, he said health insurance was $180 a month for three people. 🤔
Mi primo...lol! He is correct. In this video I mentioned that we had the 2nd best plan but my example I gave was the insurance company's best plan. And that was a quote for 3 people with their plan. If we decide to get that plan we would then be paying the $400 that I mentioned in the video. The plan we have now is $180.

For the medical coverage;
- Are there any age restrictions &/or preexisting conditions exclusions or penalties for the plans you discussed?
If so, do they have plans without exclusions/penalties for preexisting conditions and for what age group?
- Also, what % of meds are covered, if any?
For the car insurance,
- what % of the actual value is reimbursed for a total loss?
- What is the range of deductibles? - based on the full coverage policy that is?
I recommend contacting the insurance company for more clarification.

In the states you should be able to get better life insurance then that.
Yes you can we have life insurance in the States but we want to have it here too.
