I like your channel not because of the sewing but because of you, no matter what you post, I will watch. You are upbeat and talk about real ice. This cannot be underrated. We watch you, not because of sewing- there are hundreds of sewing channels- but because you talk about life, god or bad, hope, change. These are things that people want to see. How to overcome adversity. Besides, variety is the spice of life. Congratulations on your new home.

Honestly I appreciate this video so much you just have such a supportive personality which I feel most of us who watch you just enjoy. I'm so happy things have worked out with your move. And honestly I'm glad to hear the direction you want to take your channel in. I think a lot of context creators think they have to remain in the niche they built but actually the main reason people watch your videos is just that they like your personality and want to spend time with you. Honestly the way you describe what you want to do with your channel is exactly what I want to watch and the kind of context I find myself drawn to lately. You do what makes you happy and I'm sure we'll enjoy your videos. Your videos are truly like spending time with a friend so it doesn't matter what you're doing gardening or cooking or sewing. Waking up this morning (Oz time) to see your name come up in my notifications made me smile (aided the coffee my husband brought in to help me wake up... yep, its the little things that make me happy!). I am not religious in any formal sense, but I do believe strongly in the power of the relationships we have with 'others' - whether that be the people in our lives, God or a spiritual view of the world and universe. For me, its those relationships that given us strength, purpose, joy, a safe place to land and hope/deep hope (there's a difference between those, but that's a another conversation!). When I shared this view with my husband he asked what we give back to that/those relationships. My response was " to live our best authentic lives with ourselves and others." Pretty deep for a Monday morning at about 8.30am but that's what I see, hearing feel you giving out each time I watch your vlogs. Be sure that we tune in to watch you, so go forth, create amazing , beautiful content that inspires you and brings you joy and we will all tag along with you!
Can I just say it sounds like such a dreamy way to wake up! I need to get my husband to bring me tea in bed from now on haha!

I have a similar experience with being asked to move out of a rental that we thought we'd be in for most of my children's young years 🥲 the rental market in BC Canada was Insane, and we never thought we'd find something as affordable and spacious as what we had... BUT GOD! We ended up asking a guy who owned an empty house if we could rent it for the same price as our last house and after a lot of thought.. he said yes!! It's affordable and spacious and even better than our last house! In the natural, everything looked hopeless, but God could see and knew how bright our future was! I'm glad you speak about your Christian-ness ❤️😆 so good!
This is so similar! It such a sad place to be in when you’re having to say good bye to a home you thought you’d be in for a while. I didn’t know it until I lived it! All of my moves before were dictated by me/us, so when someone else has a say in it, it feels disorienting!!

I'd watch you sew the same pants again. You have no idea how much you add to the world just by chatting about your situation. The way you describe what's difficult, the way you just put on your makeup and are silly with your tea (you are a funny girl!). My life has a lot of crossover as yours (little kids, learning to sew, trying to balance and be pretty at the same time. Your beautiful self just radiates whenever you share - even when it's "boring" to you. Your videos bring me comfort, and I really love watching your process as you deal with different struggles in your own way.

That is something i did a couple of years ago because i was sewing lots of things but nothing went together, style wise or fabric, but once i made my capsule wardrobe, everything goes together and i wear something handmade everyday now.

I really like the new videos where you talk about everything and nothing. Just stuff. And I got very inspired by the video where you talk about finding what makes you happy. Just doing something and feeling the feelings. Do I really like it or don’t I? I recently did this with sewing. And I found I really enjoy it, but it also frustrates me a lot. But it’s worth it for me. So I want to make a wardrobe I really love!
