the hymen is not supposed to tear. the hymen is supposed to move aside to make room for whatever is inserted into the vagina if enough preparation and lubrication is included. preparation consists of foreplay to get the mood going and fingering with a good amount of lubricant. no bleeding should take part in sex. another tip is that you should never let your sexual organs come in contact with sugar. it will cause infections. do not get soap inside the vagina. use ph balanced soaps specifically for your vagina. only wash around the vagina. there is no need to get soap inside it because a vagina is self-cleaning. if there is foul smell, watery or discolored discharge, or discomfort (i.e. itchiness or stinging), you may have an infection (which are pretty common). talk to your doctor for treatments. this has been a PSA
