This is a fight he can't win by himself! It will take a good lawyer and a Master Chief doesn't make the money to afford the best. But some top lawyers will take the case pro bono.
Saw a similar question asked on another SEAL Team video, apparently due to his designation on Bravo team he is not just a "Master Chief" the person listed his exact title and apparently this attitude is not extremely rare but I believe after you have dedicated a certain amount of years to your country especially under the capacity that he has there is some level of respect there as well and you are allowed one or two tantrums as a "courtesy" I guess you could say, especially under the circumstances Jason is currently facing.
Jason will win. If he doesn't there's no Seaĺ Team and that is just plain sad.
