You know what to say, when to say, and then you edit it together. It wouldn't be really that exciting, as she would be reading a script nonsensically half the time, and then you would look at a guy putting together clips in premiere the other half of the time
There's probably someone else with who she's having a normal conversation and than they switch and do the same thing again :)
The interuptions .. the reactions on face while not talking .. there are no apparent cuts on one when the other is talking .. timing this is not easy

You should've used the MacBook because MacBook is laptop only, and iPad is tablet only. Windows has both the features.

The most important thing about laptops for me personally is mouse support; touch screens just aren't as efficient for navigation

The nexus one and a few other phones have a built in mouse.
Maybe one has like travelling 2 hours daily. Laptops like surface pro can be very practical, if desk available use it as laptop. If im standing those 2 hours i can use it as tablet and read technical documents on it. Or catch up with product review vids (vlc works great with touch, also document viewers).

I have a question, can the iPad Pro automatically syncs cloud storage in the background and store them locally so that I can use the files offline? Because my iPad mini can’t. Every time I need to open a file, It need to be downloaded from the cloud. I can make it ‘offline’ to view within the dropbox/ sky drive/google drive app, but it isn’t really available offline because it still need to be downloaded if I want to open the file with other apps. Solution? And I can’t open more than one,say, ms word file at the same time. Solution?
And the Surface Pro 7 bridges the gap between these two. It's a tablet, with a great keyboard and built-in kickstand, and it runs Windows 10--that now has an absolutely phenomenal tablet interface that keeps the familiar desktop and Start menu.
Edit: I love how that producer had a Surface Pro 7 at the end and commented on the fact it bridges the gap between a tablet and a laptop.

I have tried using an iPad Pro 10.5 as my main computer for school, but it just doesn't cut it. My Retina MacBook Pro 13" which in benchmarks is actually less powerful than my iPad, yet I am able to do much more due to macOS. There are a lot of great applications for iOS, but they are arguably watered-down versions of the desktop counterparts. File management is essential for productivity and iOS just isn't good at it due to its restrictive nature.
You really have to go all out Apple in terms of products and services to make an iPad Pro your main computer. But if you are not a student nor a person who requires a laptop or desktop outside work, you'd honestly be better of with an iPad. For everyone else, a traditional "computer" is still where its at.

Watched this video on my ASUS VivoBook Flip 12 convertible, 2 in 1 in 11.6" are great to use both as a laptop and a tablet.

This should have been a comparison between the Surface Pro (a tablet) vs the Surface Laptop.
Comparing Apple tablet (which is more about entertainment, drawing, some video editing, and games) to a PC of any kind (which is more about productivity, documents, video editing drawing, and some games) does NOT work. The two OS serve two completely different types of users.

Yes! I want to see a comparison of the Surface Go VS the Surface Pro really. And that’s who is going to cut in on Apple’s former dominance in the design industry especially. An iPad Pro with a dinky selection of software (they just got ONLY Photoshop) VS having an array of sizes and price points in Surface’s full Windows OS with the ability to run all the Adobe Creative Suite and the detachable keyboard, pen, touch screen....is very intriguing. It’s starting to tempt me back to considering Windows to be honest. Though I do wish Apple would offer some competition to it being the industry is still very much in Apple mode plus iMessage doesn’t connect to Windows. Guess we will see. I do see a lot of designers having multiple devices though and picking up devices like the Go (shown at the end briefly) because of the ability to use all the apps on the fly as inspiration strikes (and lets face it, breaking or losing a $350-500 tablet hybrid VS a $2,500+ professional level Apple laptop well... yeah you can see why one would not want to travel around as much with it.)
Like they said, it isnt about the brand, they are just comparing the most popular in the market at the time. The average tablet lover prefers the ipad and the average laptop lover prefers the surface, thats just how it happened to be at the time. --notice how i say "most popular" rather than "the best", thats bc I am not an expert in any of this--
One of the major key points many people forget to mention when comparing the two (or iPad vs tablet/laptop thing cuz I forgot the name) is that the iPad is made for your fingers as in it works great even without the need the need of a keyboard (with one it would enhance it) but with the tablet/laptop thing you are sort of forced to use it mostly as a laptop because the software isn’t as focused on the actual touch part. You could use an iPad without a keyboard perfectly fine but it’s really hard to use the tablet/laptop without a keyboard.
Exactly i much prefer tablet because it feels so natural i write and it types for me touch is how we interact with the world i have an iPad and don't use a keyboard because I prefer touch and have learned to type fast on glass when scribble can read my terrible handwriting
I can’t wait until tablets and laptops are fully merged together. So you would have a phone, a tabtop (or a better name), and a desktop PC for gaming and other graphic-intensive tasks. And we’re getting pretty close to that.

The huge problem for me to switch to tablets completely is the fact that you cannot open multiple files from same app like two words documents at the same time (you got the idea). If OS X will be able to do that. I definitely switch to.

How do you film these? I'm guessing you make a script and record one segment with the pauses into it? Or have someone read the other half of the script?
And then record the second video with the missing audio from the script, Record the video, then splice the videos at the center?

I find this kind of more of a debate instead of a 'versus'
S you talk all about how 'thats not on all laptops', because all tablets definitely come with a stylus. Also you didn't you on the versitility of laptops, both in software, where you can do much more on a laptop, and in hardware - there are plenty '2 in 1' laptops that can switch between being a tablet and a laptop, allowing you the practicality of a tablet with the versitility of a laptop. I think the middle ground is the best option here

Not gonna lie, I enjoy typing on my 10.5" iPad's smart keyboard *more* than my MacBook's _"Butterfly"_ keys.

Personal preference. I like flat keyboards and just loved the butterfly 2 keyboard of my MBP. (Butterfly 1 in another hand is very inconsistent)

For viewing-only purposes the tablet/iPad lines (+/- Pro) works just fine. Anything involving editing, tablet/iPad is a no no. BUUUT there's Microsoft Surface, so that's the perfect hybrid.
Except you can switch to full Windows anytime? Even if all PCs came with Windows 10 S, no one will care since people who use apps outside the MS Store can switch. But those who want simple, fast and secure computing while having some professional apps can stay on Windows 10 S.

There is no VS. And I don't care about branding. A full OS will always be better against a mobile OS. Be it games, professional work or even internet. Now, if your only use is youtube and social media and you dont care about "mobile pages" on the internet then OK you can prefer a tablet. For every other use, laptop wins.
If anything, emulate a mobile OS on your full OS

4:40 Just what I was thinking throughout the entire video up until then. That said, using the Surface Pro as a tablet has still got a VERY LONG way to go when compared to the Apple and Android mobile experiences.

After much comparison and deliberation, I got me a Surface Pro tablet. It has a keyboard and full Windows 10 on it. Works just like a laptop when I want it to. It balances on my knee just fine.
AND, I’m an iPhone user of many years. An iPad just didn’t have the functionality that the Surface Pro has.
It’s a shitty combo you dumbheads.
Nothing works itself, and Windows 10 is a nightmare of software.
linx and mac is better operating systems. Linx I would put at the top because the freedom of use.

Best in what exactly? Sandbox freedoms and customization capabilities? Linux does that far better than Windows could ever hope to but still has MacOS beat. Stability and sheer reliability? Windows is far less volatile than Linux but still doesn't hold a candle to MacOS. Windows' only chief strength is it's versatility. It is popular because it's a jack-of-all-trades, but it is still a master of none. (Or arguably the worst of both worlds, depending on who you ask.) Linux and Mac OS do their respective iconic roles far better than Windows does--or can, for that matter.
There is no such thing as "best". The closest you can get is a compromise toward an intended use that will excel at it's intended uses, but will unsurprisingly suffer when pigeon-holed into uses outside of that application. (Look at any Mac-bashing/Android-bashing for stellar cherry-picked examples of the latter.)

Windows for the average person is more then enough basic everyday things, for example: web browsing and games are far superior on a windows device. I do agree that Mac and Linux are certainly better in a variety of ways. Such as freedom of use on Linux that allows companies to use linux effectivity on servers and Mac os is the best platform for video editors.
However for the vast majority of people windows 10 will nearly always be better for them.
