Fuel economy range we estimated 680km per tank. Going by the car had mid 200 kms on it and the dashboarding was showing around 420kms left of fuel range. Assuming the tank was full from new.
Roadtests great Little slow on take off as in electric throttle delay but great pull and torque curve. Fuel econony on dashboard average was showing 9.8L cruising speed at 100kmh to 110kmh. Pushing eco button dropped to 9.7l /100kmh Transmission automatic shifting via 8 speed is great. Value for money yes Reverse / 360 degree cameras is super embarrassing ridiculous bad resolution bad quality not clear at all. Interior room is huge and roomy for front and rear passengers Rear tub is massive with hook points
I didn’t see a fuel filter in the engine bay like previous model , perhaps underneath along chassis now , thanks for the video , and yes looks like it will have a timing belt unfortunately.
negative new models hilux. triton dmax musso lifetime chains . timing belts are eliminated for reliability. engineering fact timing belts will be only be used where it requires low cost manufacturing .
That was 2 minutes of useless information and not everying is solid gold like the cars you work on by the sound of it. Now look under the bonnet of BT50 lol
Thanks mate. Appreciate you taking the time to do it.
Thanks for this video mate!
