      Negligent discharge*
The difference? Accidental discharge is when a gun fires by itself even when someone follows all rules of guns safety, while negligent discharges occur when the individual holding the gun breaks at least one of the rules of gun safety and causing unintentional fire.
      4 Rules Of Gun Safety:
      1. Always treat the gun as though its loaded (Amy broke that one)
      2. Finger off the trigger until ready to fire (Amy also broke this one)
      3. Do not point the barrel at anything you do not intend to destroy (Amy once again broke this one)

one of the only doctors that went against the rule of using firearms. he never shot anyone to my knowledge, and he still never carried one himself, but on occasion he is shown to snatch a gun from someone else. in most cases its to enact his brilliant plan, his escape, his turn-the-tables agenda, but every time he grabs someones gun, its like hes toying with the idea, that power, the hubristic self righteousness to be judge, jury, executioner. out of all the faces of the doctors, the time war crept back in this reincarnation of him, and the rage is nagging him constantly.
