- Insomniacs Interpretation Of Peter Parker AKA Spider-Man Is One Of My Favourite Versions Of The Character In Recent Memory.
One of the defining moments from the PS4 Spider-Man game was when Peter encountered five of his most dangerous villains at once at the Raft.
That "fight" ended terribly for Peter despite the five villains all holding back, deliberately not trying to kill Spider-Man.
But what would happen if Peter was enraged and willing to kill, and he instead went up against all 6 villains at once who are also willing to kill Spider-Man? Would the fight result any differently?

I honestly want to see only Peter fighting GG in his basic advanced suit.
A factor I've always appreciated is the environment Otto forced Spider-man into. The very top of the Raft, only one structure to swing off of, and surrounded by water with a Helicopter or boat being the only way on and off the prison (maybe a very powerful slingshot too). Spider-man is stranded, surrounded by enemies (not just villains but regular criminals too), he's at a complete disadvantage that restricts his movement, and this is just a few hours after his fight with Mr. Negative (throw in all the prisoners he's been fighting en-route, and he's probably running at 70-75% at this point).
I believe peter has fought at least 2 at the same time before because at the end of the vulture and electro fight he say "hate it when they team up"

That was Peter just being quippy. Because the way they all spoke to him made it seem like these team ups were the first time they ever did it.

Nah they would def beat them.. I don’t see them losing tbh… like miles alone would deal with electro, and rhino with pre much no diff and Pete can def deal with vulture and Li kinda easy, so than it’s them vs scorpion and ock and that would that also be easy since it would be miles vs scorpion and Pete vs ock, and if Pete goes all out he can def beat ock way easier than in there fight cuz he was holding back majorly, and miles no holding back would also be able to deal with scorpion

He didn’t have the anti venom suit at this point in the timeline. Remember, this fight is happening during the prison breakout in the first game, and he doesn’t even have the anti ock suit at this point.
I feel like if peter has a little bit of planning and adrenaline he could get through all of them. I feel like since peter doesnt know anything about doc ock and since doc ock is going for the kill. Peter will stop at 5 or 4. The only ones standing would be rhino and ock. As you said he is more than powerful enough to beat the 1v1 or 1v2 but 1v6 including all of the planning by otto and them going for the kill.

The only way Peter wins that fight is if he has the symbiote, that is his only saving grace, otherwise it’s over.

I think it’s possible for him to win if he’s going all out. He explained “I hate it when they team up” after the vulture and electro fight, so he’s clearly done 2v1s before. He can probably blitz and throw around most of them (rhino and ock maybe not) I would imagine he would go up, forcing vulture and electro into the air. Beating both of them, taking out their air support. Then he would probably go for scorpion and fully tear the tail off, similar to how he was able to break off one of ottos arms. The others besides maybe mister negative likely wouldn’t be able to get there in time before he puts scorpion down. Mister negative, rhino, and ock would be the ones I’d see him having the most trouble with. But I stand by it being possible just using his speed to spread them out.

In addition Spider-Man has literally lost to Black Panther multiple times in the comics they're relative and you can make an argument either way. Further more most recently in comics Spider-Man lost to Wolverine. So no Spider-Man does not "sOlo sTrEet TiEr" is he physically stronger than them individually? Definitely, but if they're all jumping Spider-Man is not coming out on top.

Sinister Six jumps on Peter in Comics, Peter survives. Black Panther was struggling to land a hit on Spidey and everywhere on Internet, he outclasses him badly.
If Sinister Six jumps on BP, he would be dead in a min.
Plus Spider-Man can beat street tier all together not only he is stronger more durable faster agile and smart too.
When he has handled Superhumans like Sinister Six, whereas most street tier in power levels is just peak and enhanced not even Superhuman like Spider-Man.

It's a power scaling term that differentiates the normal superhumans to cosmic superhumans. Spider-Man is in that classification.
I can tell you're bias towards Spider-Man but c'mon bro, at least get your terminology right. And if you think the marvel street tiers are only "peak human" you've never read a comic book in your life. Black Panther has delt with threats far beyond the sinister 6.
Anyway like I said Black Panther and Spider-Man have fought before and Black Panther has won a bunch but Spidey has won some as well. Like I said they're relative and you can argue either way. But in the most recent comics Pete fought wolverine (another street tier) and wolverine won. Hell even in Civil War, Captain America faught Spider-Man in his Iron Spider suit and was able to land some good hits. That was 1v1 by the way. So Pete has lost to Black Panther, Cap can tag him, and he lost to Wolverine, but he solo's the street tiers?
Furthermore, I already know what comic you're talking about when Peter "fought" the avengers. If you actually read the comic instead of watching tik tok clips that take shit out of context, you they didn't even really fight. Peter was just playing keep away and using his Spider sense to out maneuver them. It wasn't an actual fight.
My personal opinion in that Peter wasn’t trying his all in the fight as not to break the serum Otto is holding. Even when otto is falling rather than going after him his first thought is “The antidote”
I think if he was focused on the fight unlike in the Raft with all the confusion leading up to the brawl, he would use the numbers to his advantage. Vulture is a potential projectile he can launch at any other of the six and Rhino is a rushing bulldozer that too can run into another one. Spider-Man improvises his environment so much that I think he does have a chance. But a very slim one at that.
Who do you think. Base SM2 Pete or the six. Since he therefore has experience with them all but it’s instead of a 2 v 1, a 1 vs 6 with Peter havinf the spider arms

The closest we’ve seen Peter enraged was against Doc Ock in Phase 2 when he destroyed one of the arms
But even then he had anti Ock and prep time going into that fight yet Otto still could’ve killed him 🤷♂️
I think the only possible chance spiderman has at winning the fight is if all of the 6 are separately going for the kill which is said in video and as we saw in the rhino and scorpion fight an argument sprouted that left at least 2 members of the 6 not a danger for Spider-Man temporarily
this is the thing tho, if he had the symbiote then hes lost alot of the restraint he used to have, so basically spiderman without holding back will straight up kill all 6 of them
just peter as really 2v1 scorpion and rhino yes they lose because they argue. but just before we see them on their knees and there are little blue flashes which show that they were injured peter largely dominated knowing that he had broken bones etc.

Maybe he’d have a chance with the antivenom suit. (Not the actual symbiote, considering what mister negative’s powers did to it). If antivenom Peter got thrown back in time to fight the sinister six in a battle to the death… Maybe he’d have a chance that way.
His robotic arms and improved gadgets might help give him a slight edge too. I wonder what kind of power or gadget Peter will end up with in 3 if Norman ends up destroying him in a first encounter.

Just saw the video rift, and I will say in regards to how you see it based on what was presented yes I see where you coming from
However the circumstances to any fight here is kinda wonky
As in you can argue Peter 1 shots 4-5 of the 6 members
Vulture dies to one blow to the head
Electro same
Li is tricky since he fights a near bloodlusted miles in a less powerful state
Scorpion it tricky because if you read the prequal novel to the ps4 game hostile take over it paints the idea peter can actually fight scorpion in a rather conventional manner as ins scorpion doesn’t outclass peter
In fact it’s stated by the ps4 game scorpion with ottos help made improvements to the poison
And it’s a case where if Peter got access to the antiode like kraven did.
I doubt scorpion would be much of a threat based on how Peter describes the past fights with him via the novel even before Peter got to the event of the ps4 game
As Peter even in the second game brags about beating scorpion
Despite every time scorpion in the past tried to kill Peter.
Even in the ps4 game scorpion does end up trying to kill Peter In his 1v2 fight
Again peter is arguably no different then he was before he first encounter scorpion only he had the antidote now
Rhino is tricky because we know Peter can’t outmuscle him yet he has beaten rhino before many times(his first encounter did leave people worse for wear) but he has more fights with rhino beyond just his first
Where peter says he in the past ideally makes him fall into a trap or fall for something that would subdo him because he isn’t that bright
As for Otto
I mean Otto in game actually lements on the fact he can’t take over all nyc alone in his recording
thus needs the 5 villains help
And if he did outclass Peter truly it begs why he brother recurring the 6
Either as distractions or just to help him beat Peter
Otto may have made the arms to fight Peter
Yet if he was enough to fight Peter
Why didn’t he just say beat Peter capture him so he doesn’t get in his way without the 6’s help
As he could have done that but didn’t or couldn’t without the 6
He doesn’t even seem to care about the villains once he got the ropes
as he didn’t bother with the fact Peter beats them or they get captured again
Why not get them back to help him or ask the other members to rescue them
As Otto in the game only overpowers Peter when he isn’t at 100%
So Peter being outclassed by Otto truly doesn’t work
when Peter who is fatigued and weakens
Peter did out wrestle against the arms and was relative to them
and even dodge the arms only
getting tagged because Peter was trying to get the anti serum and get it out
So the idea Otto’s arms are above base Peter truly doesn’t work with the context of the story
Plus if Peter actually lands a solid punch on Otto he is dead
Plus it’s not like Peter can’t break out of Otto’s arms even without the anti ock suit
It’s a case where yes I see Spider-Man losing yet to say he definitely loses to the 6 would be just as wrong
But based on the context you provided it still being his first fight with them no experience or prep

Not even other Spider-Men in most adaptations can beat their sinister 6 the first time even if menu went all out since they have no experience or ability to adapt to a villain team working together off rip

Can you make another vid but instead the scenario is: Peter and Miles (After the events of Spider-Man 2) vs The Sinister Six. Both teams are not holding back. Peter has access to Anti Venom and both teams have the prior knowledge of fighting each other.

Peter miles win low diff honestly. Base peter from the first would plough through 4 or 5 maybe 3 of them with knowledge of the RAFT mission. Now base peter from the second game who has more tech abilities and skill and knowledge plus the symbiote without weaknesses? I feel like peter alone could win this even miles could although miles is much less experienced but miles and symbiote peter are kinda relative so yea.
Meanwhile Miles somehow solos for reasons
7:50 honestly I hate how inconsistent his spider sense is. He can sense a bullet heading towards his head and actually react to it literally milliseconds before reaching his head (at the beginning of the game) but he's not able to react in time to dodge all of the 5 villains' attacks? Cuz I feel like his spider sense and incredibly enhanced reflexes should allow him to keep up and perform significantly better than any villain. It'd literally be 5 humans trying to hit a fly with their hands (except the fly can even fight back). Like that ain't happening. Electro is literally the only one I can see having somewhat better reflexes because of all the current going through his body which will probably also translate to synapses in his brain moving faster and therefore his brain perceiving everything at a faster rate, but I consider that to balance out Rhino.

My theories for Spider-Man 3: *this is what I think goblin wil do to Pete*
1: goblin will put Pete in a horrible situation where he has to save one person (like in Spider-Man 1 with mj and those kids) and Pete will try save them both but fail.
Pete in my theory will be very depressed because of things that have happened.
My theory is that mj will be kidnapped and Pete willl come out of retirement to save her.
Goblin will beat the crap out of miles and Pete.
Brooklyn visions will be destroyed because goblin will know who miles is and hunts him down.
Pete will die at the end of the game (my opinion)
Miles will carry on being Spider-Man after the death of Pete
And also Cindy will be apart of the game and miles will teach her to be Spider-Man to make Pete proud.
Goblin will be defeated and harry will come back and will be just like mj who behind the scene sneaks around bases and is there to help miles mental health

Symbiotie Peter doesn’t hold Back as much as base Peter. He also has the tendrils, etc. the only person he would struggle against with the suit is electro.

You missed pne big point about the otto fight peter never wanted to kill him he didnt fight otto but the arms if he fought otto he wouldve just took his head off with a medium strenght punch also scorpions chin is a big weakness and peter knows it so i think hes gettin lee vulture and otto easy hes also getting electro somewhat if he does it smart he also has the potential to kill scorpion and rhino but thats something that would be very close also putting miles above symbiote peter doesent really make sense cuz peter constantly fights venom in his head so he is weaker than in base by the time he fights kraven and way weaker than when he fights miles so in my opinion it can go either way if bloodlusted but he takes out at least takes ozt 4 of the 6 post sm2 peter no diffs them by far ppl say hes nerved in that game but he only fought avengers level threats in that game (only countung the 3 major bosses not mj lizard or side quests)
youre kinda overrating octopus, putting peter vs a man that he knew for a long time and thought of him as a teacher is hard mentally but not in a fight, he can rip off his arms with just a small leg hit (the sequence where peter found out he knows his identity shows it) and as a old man, a good counter punch would put him to sleep, same with the other villains except rhino,, lets not forget peters gadgets and the ability to use the villains attacks against them(just like how spectacular symbiote spiderman used the villains ability as counter attacks), the fight can go short if peter plays his cards right , and if you put Spiderman in a good evniroment where he has the space to use his speed and mobility i can say no one would really catch him with speed alone
also abt scorpion,his attacks only worked as a off guard type of attack ,but in a face to face battle (the 1v2 fight) scorpion didnt even touch spiderman
the evniroment that spiderman was in when he vs them 5 was small af , its like fighting the big final boss in a 10 meter space
in conclusion peter can win this 4.5 out of 10 fights
So the sinister six still beat Peter? Since even with your logic you acknowledge they win more fights than they lose 🤔

the reason why he struggled vs dock ock was because of the fact that he wants to dezactivate the arms not tear them apart which he can easily do that if he doesnt hold back , but as we know he was vs his mentor one of his closest friends and i doubt he would tear them apart like a monster especially vs him

Nah, scream enraged was struggling against a fatigued and anxious and significantly holding back base peter. In a fit of rage agent venom was able to knock out kraven. Scream and agent venom both symbiote based characters directly from the “venom symbiote”. So yea kraven lacks raw power compared to base peter but then again he knows alot about survival and will instantly go for the kill. Im assuming you mean kraven without prep? If with prep he would kill around 4 or 5 cos he has immunity to scorpions stinger

In the comics as well- people tend to underestimate Spider-Man’s rogues gallery, but some of them have proven to be Avengers-level threats, and in alternate universes where Spider-Man wasn’t around to stop them they’ve literally managed to take over the world (ie. Norman Osborn becoming president, Mysterio tricking Wolverine into murdering the X-Men, Doc Ock nearly destroying the world- in the mainline universe mind you, and there’s probably more examples)
