The one thing that i love about procreate (or drawing on ipad in general) is the finger gesture.. you can just tap two fingers on the screen for undo, swipe back and forth three fingers to clear the layer, etc.

If you’ve started a drawing in photoshop on the base layer, and you haven’t gone too far, you can duplicate it and continue on the duplicated layer. Just saying😊

You're comparing art software, not drawing tablets.
This review was just what I needed, thank you so much! I will probably go with the I-pad, I just have to decide which one I buy and whether new or used 🤯
For a lower spec computer i reccomend clip studio paint, its made for drawing and is much better about RAM so itll be way faster than photoshop
you dont necessarily need an ipad for digital work, great for drawing out of the house and showing people art at the moment, but I'd rather get a tablet even though it means drawing at home. i have sketchbooks for drawing outside lol (and ugh photoshop lol, i never used it for drawing, only for photo editing and graphic design work, so it seems clumsy for making art to me no matter what I use it on)
Usually clipstudio or corel painter, if I need to do vector art I would use illustrator of affinity design. I have way too many programs I still need to use, like rebelle for watercolour and blender for 3D work
My setup is Clipstudio on the iPad and Clipstudio on the computer. You can work interchangeably.
I use affinity photo for digital art with Cintiq 13. I trying out clipstudio paint but the interface feels cluttered from what I'm used to. Great video!
another way of making gradient is using the gaussian blur and it is quicker.

Some people do. RossDraws only uses his Cintiq for videos. All the rest of his art is done on a graphics tablet.

I am currently using a cintiq 22, and am considering getting an iPad. How comfortable is the iPad for about an hour? It would be cool to do art on my lunch hour during the week.
It's super comfortable! I love it for travelling and drawing when I am out or even in bed before I go to sleep. I'm on travels now and thankfully I have my ipad so I can still make some digital art. PS I have rebranded and have changed my name.
Thanks for your insights, I got the new 11 inch iPad Pro for drawing. What's your opinion on matt screen protectors to get the paper like feeling?
I also have an ipad and I recommend getting a matt screen protector, i use paperlike wich i think is the safest option and i think it really help. Its just a better feal and your screen dosent get dirty, but after a while of use there will be scraches from drawing and you will have to change it

Which is best for designers?
It depends what kind of designers. Many designers can get away with even a graphics tablet if they don't really do any freehand drawing.
the points you make about Procreate are really just your lack of information (which is completely ok, I have no idea how Photoshop works and I want to learn : ) ), you're missing a lot by not using Procreate correctly

My man, you upgraded everything about your setup but you are still sat on a steel lawn chair! Please for the love of god, go to an office supply store and sit on some nice ergo office chairs. 150-200 at your local office store is about equal to the 800-$1400 "GaMeR L337 GiGa BrAnD" chairs online. Oh, and make a youtube video about it!

@@ameerakk9207 i got an ipad pro and a wacom cintiq pro 24 non touch and after using an apple pencil 2 on adobe fresco i am impressed but sad and depressed too it doesnt work on windows it woulsve been fantastic to use with a wacom cintiq pro 24. The ipad is amazing tho
