Hello Roshiiii, I’m back and I’m going to watch all the vlogs I missed today. Hope I can cover it all. Miss your vlogs. I’ve been so busy. Phewwww!!! Samaara is in Grade 3 and she is so happy with her teacher and class as this time straight grade class. Yayyy!! I’ve been volunteering as lunch supervisor. By the time I’m back, I’m exhausted. Hahahaa. How are you my dear Roshi??? I got to start eating healthy diet too 😭😭😭. In Malaysia we went for medical check up and the dr confirmed that from severe pcos turned to very mild pcos, I’m sooo happy 💃💃💃💃. Have a nice day Roshi 😍😘

That’s so amazing! Was there something specific you feel like you did as far as diet or do you think it was more about self care and stress relief?

@@roshianderson i think it’s all you mentioned. I’ve stopped taking carbonated drinks for almost 8 years, even sugar too. I do have cheat days for desserts and some hot drinks.
Loving myself more and definitely stress free most of the time as taking it the positive way since last year. I realised I’ve started ovulating by myself for the past 3 years. That’s when I knew my pcos got better. Now confirmed by the specialist. I’m very active since I came here as we have no car. Been walking a lot too here. 😍
Ohhh yeah I’ve been taking inositol supplements for almost 2 years. That helps too with pcos. 💪🏻
