    I really love these so much!!! Thankyou for taking the time to create them. I think you should rename them 'What I eat to stay healthy ' because you look great and certainly do not need to loose weight. xx

    Have you tried frying off what you want to go into your omelette in one pan. Or remove it from the pan. Then put in youregg mixture adding the veg to it instead of adding the eggs to the veg. You will probably be able to fold and removeit easier. Just a thought. You give me so many good ideas. Love your channel.

    I love ❤️ omelettes. I do like them
    With baked beans too.
    I normally have 2 cups of coffee a day too. Sometimes I do have more lol 😂
    That chicken meal looks delicious 😋 xxx

    Just in case you hadn’t seen, I know your daughter is gluten free- you can get gluten free cous cous in Tesco and I’ve seen it in Sainsbury’s too! ❤

    1300 kcal sounds like too little. Adult person's BMR is usually around 1300 to 1600 kcal and you should never eat below that.

      Your wrong a woman can eat a minimum of 1000 calories a day

      ​@@mangorawhoney1981 depending on the body composition of the women BMR can vary, but 1000 kcal sounds like very short woman who's weight is around 40 kg. Also there is an aspect of how much nutrients can you get from eating just 1000 kcal a day. For sure it is not enough to support body function and basic hormone regulation. So I am not wrong. Hope people will not take example from that number.
