Ingredients
2 large chicken breast, diced
Low calorie cooking spray
4 bacon medalions cut into strips
200g fusili
1 red onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tsp bbq seasoning
2 tsp white granulated sweetner
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
400g chopped tomatos
1 chicken stock cube
40g reduced cheddar cheese
Moroccan Salmon Skwers on Couscous
Serves - 2
Takes - 20 minutes
Calories - 370 kcal
Syns - free
3 large salmon fillets cut into 16-20 large chunks and skin removed
1 125g packet of morrocan cous cous
200 ml boiling water
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
7 - 8 cm piece cucumber cut into medium dice
4 - 5 radish sliced
4 spring onions chopped
1 small pepper deseeded and choppped
1 handful fresh mint chopped
1 handful fresh parsley chopped
1 handful fresh basil chopped
4 tbsp low fat yoghurt
1 lemon cut into wedges
Curry
1 onion finele diced
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp chilli powder
Thumb sized piece of ginger finely diced
2 garlic cloves crushed
250g passata
250g Frozen spinach
250 ml chicken stock
2 chicken breast dices or a pack of diced chicken
Chicken Souvlaki
Takes - 30 minutes
Serves - 4
Calories - 540kcal
Syns - 9 syns for Flat breads if using
Ingredients
Seasoning mix
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp paprika
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tap black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
The chicken
2 tbsp of seasoning mix
3 large chicken breasts
Juice of 1 lemon
Low calorie cooking spray
Tzatziki
160g fat free yoghurt
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mint sauce
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Chips
800g potato
Low calorie spray
Salt and pepper

Hi Chelle, thanks so much for these videos, they've been so useful! This week I have cooked the curry and the souvlaki and they have gone down a storm! My husband is vegan so adapted the curry for that, and with the souvlaki I made a chicken version and a tofu version. Thanks for the fresh ideas x
