@@migasujith2023 hi! I don’t take digestive enzymes or any other supplements except for a multivitamin. Definitely be careful taking any supplements, I looked at a lot of videos that recommended bile salts and had a terrible reaction so don’t always believe everything on the internet. Hope you are feeling better and the gastritis isn’t uncomfortable 💕

I slowly started eating cheese in the beginning it took a while for my body to adjust but I can eat cheese no problem now

This was a hello fresh meal that I tried but it was really simple just meat, and taco seasoning and then you can add the salsa and cream on top of your tacos

@@amandagarcia1921 hi! Hope you are having a speedy and safe healing ❤️‍🩹 I made this video almost 4 years ago, I’ve learned a lot since then. I hope to make an updated video. One thing I’ve learned is eating low fat, more fiber Whole Foods helps a lot. Sugar and carbs definitely did not help me. Everything in moderation but I’ve tried not to consume too much sugar. Some foods that I like to eat now are: chicken, rice and veggies. Soups and salads, some times salmon and veggies, overnight oats, for dessert I keep it simple with strawberries and put a lilys chocolate chip in the middle. Also be careful with bile salts. A lot of people recommend it online but I’m almost certain that my body had a bad reaction and now I have psoriasis because of it. I’m not a doctor or nutritionist but I wanted to share my experience.

Hi! Its been 4 years for me and Im doing a lot better. I noticed a reaction after taking bile salts so I always warn people about those. I think focusing on gut health and trying to eat more whole foods helps. And yes it was so hard leaving my baby to get surgery but it was only a couple days and everyone was ok :)

Aww I’m so sorry, have you tried to talk to a naturopathic doctor about possible alternatives? I was scared too but after removing it I mainly have to just eat healthier, I would talk to your doctor about any concerns you may have

@@roshianderson No i haven't consulted a naturopathic doctor but i consulted general physician as well as laparoscopy specialist..They told me it has to be removed a month after or a year after but it is best to be removed soon in order to prevent any further complications... i'm scared of surgery but i'm trying my best to be optimistic...Can u tell me how your surgery went and how are you going?

@hudabhatt3603 my surgery went well, I have a video on my experience. I had gallstones so I had to get an endoscopy first then surgery the next day. Both went fine. I was also scared since I never have had surgery before but with anesthesia i didn’t feel a thing

I actually stopped taking them, I just take a multi vitamin now

@@roshianderson I had my gallbladder removed end of November last year, and I still can't tolerate processed foods or foods cooked with oil. Do you have any cooking tips

@2323ELPTX yeah it took me a while for my digestion to start tolerating foods. I cut out canola and all seed oils. Be careful with things like bile salts, I got psoriasis after I took them. I can’t give you any medical advice sorry but personally I just slowly started incorporating foods and kept track of how it made me feel

It took me a while about 1 1/2-2months mainly because I was scared to drink it, you have to be close to a restroom if you drink coffee after gallbladder surgery

Hope you are feeling better! It’s such a process to learn what to eat and what works with your system. I started intermittent fasting and honestly I feel like my digestive system likes it! I’m still figuring things out too 💕

@mahygreatfamily8853 I did get psoriasis but I feel like it’s because I took bile salts messed up my system I’m not sure if that was the cause but taking care of gut health is healthy
