  • Scott will show us how to create custom patches. Mimic the merrowed edge with a satin stitch and create unusual patch shapes. Nate will use these tools to create unique patches and/or perhaps backpack charms.

    you can add a real low density - (1/4 the width of the main border) - second border around the main stitched border. This is what we did when making an odd-shaped patch that we could not merrow. We called it a sewn locking Edge. then we heat-sealed or added plastic to the back and cut out. Old Swiss Emblem Mfg.
