I have the Bernina E16 and have followed the weekly maintenance schedule for all the years I've had it. Until I watched your video, I was just blowing out the rotary hook area and brushing and oiling the bobbin area. After watching your video, I unscrewed the 3 outward parts of the rotary hook and found a nest of white lint that was incredible! Got that all blown and brushed out and oiled the little slide thing that you show as part of the metal piece of the area...it's not incorporated into the design of the metal piece on my E16, but now a permanent piece of the arm (whatever it's called)., Got everything put back together, hit Start, and shattered three needles. Of course, that was my fault because I didn't have everything lined up and screwed down tight. Anyway, thanks! That part of the maintenance isn't shown in the Bernina maintenance, but definitely required attention. This is not a simple or easy task, so if folks can get their machine to a dealer for this, that's great. My dealer is 300 miles away, by air. Thanks!
The same is happening for me! Did you find out how to fix this issue? I keep clicking the next button and nothing happens. Even restarted my computer and that didn’t solve the issue.
If you're using your machines regularly, then yes. If you're taking a break (spring break with the kids or whatever), you don't need to do the maintenance until you're ready to start using your machines again.
BRAVO OS v12 has this interface as well. If that doesn't work for you, you can also watch the stitch-based maintenance videos. Those will line up with your software. There may be trimmer differences.
Thanks for all of the help Nate!

What if my machine doesn’t shift to the left after cleaning the left side ? What do I need to do
What version of software are you using my software is ver 11 and I do not have those picture menu items
How do I remove the front machine cover?
When I get to step 17 of 18 my screen will not let me go to the finish page. So it never resets my maintenance timer. What am I doing wrong?

Should i do this weekley for all years of machines ?

Can you perform weekly maintenance on multiple machines at the same time?
you can not.
Nevermind I have a Bravo and the software is different
