I didn’t even realize I needed a pressure washer until RUclips recommended one of your videos. From watching your reviews, I’ve purchased the Active and now I am trying to pick a foam cannon to upgrade my system. I’ve started pressure washing everything around my home. I think the dogs are worried that they are next. 😀
I have done the exact same lol, just ordered the Cat version of the Active pressure washer, same exact item just Active was sold out. Will be getting either MTM PF22 foam cannon or the Griots foam cannon to finish it off to start washing my car better!
Other than getting the hose connector turned around (watch out for that one), the machine is simple to put together and use ruclips.net/user/postUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP . And very nice, too. I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall. The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.
I've bought many things based on your reviews and continue to watch and learn what is good vs bad based on your thorough work. Piecing my pressure washer system together slowly and don't have a foam cannon yet and this looks up my budget alley. Thanks for the hard work and content Josh!
These reviews are a game changer. I'm from St.Kitts so if I were to buy this product it would cost $20 for shipping then I would have to pay customs $32 for duty and tax. Having these reviews takes the guessing out of ordering.
Because of your review I got your exact setup today. The pressure washer, gun, foam cannon and orifice. It will be here next week. The only thing I didn’t get was the hose and swivel disconnect. Can’t wait to use it in the spring. Thanks for making my purchase easy and affordable.
You know I really hate extremely helpful channels. They always end up costing me money! 😆 Great review, should have mine today along with the other things you have suggested in your videos.
Great video, I'm returning my new Twinkle Star foam cannon and I'm looking for one that has all the features that you described. Thanks so much for sharing. Gregory Ocello
I never knew this power washer accessory existed. I'm thinking it would be great to wash my home windows and screens, too. Thanks for another great and informative video!
Great review 👍 I came across your channel a week ago on your ryobi 1600 psi and now your Amazon basics foam cannon I gotta tell you I'm sold I found the ryobi for $95 on Amazon and I'll be picking up the foam cannon, I'm now a subscriber to your channel with notifications, thanks for all the valuable info I detail my own vehicle and sometimes a friend's car so I'm not into high end names just economical quality products.
I love your videos been watching a lot of your videos. I was really impressed and decided to subscribe. I was going to buy this foam cannon but it's not $18 anymore it's like $35 now. So now I'm looking for a foam cannon that works well for the price. Because of you I bought the riobi 1800 pressure washer. I'm going to buy that hose you sell too. And maybe that nice foam cannon you sell too. Thank you
Hey,Josh! I gotta let you know after watching a few of your vids I'm all set for my recently started car detail service. Thanks for all the essential information that share,Brother.
Very appealing! Would be a great addition to any detailer’s arsenal. Maybe a battle of the cheap foam cannons (still in production) between this and the Armor All?
i've been starting to build my detailing equipment and checking different things and now looking for a decent foam cannonand been watching alot of your videos on products help out so thanks for the detailed reviews.
Absolutely love the videos you do and how detailed you are when you describe what you are doing or testing. I own a pressure washing company and using your video to learn car detailing. Thank you for the great work. Would love the amazon basic foam Canon to get me started.
I just bought my first pressure washer and I’m watching your vids for advice. Now I’m trying to decide if I NEED a foam cannon or if I just want one because it’s just more fun with my new toy. Thanks!
14:31 If I turn off the water to my Nilfisk Compact 125.7 (danish brand, 1800 PSI), it will dry-run the compressor, trying to build up pressure. So it neads to be turned off when there is no water going to it. If it just cycles like yours, it just means that it's lost a tiny bit of pressure, and is getting it back to full. The wand that it came with (Nilfisk G2) got an internal failure and leaked, which meant that the compressor could't build enough pressure, and the compressor would stay on, even when the wand wasn't being used. I have since then upgraded to a G4 wand for the proprietary Nilfisk attachments (turbo nozzle, patio cleaner, etc.) and a PWP grip with 1/4" QC and a AutoGlanz Snow Storm foam cannon (looks like it's identical to the MJJC Pro. Rebranded maybe?). The Snow Storm just had it's nozzle swapped for the 1.1mm (included in the package), but I haven't tested it out yet.
I just bought your mjjc pro from you on Sunday, I can't wait to get it. Says it shipped out today. I also got the shorty wand and the pressure washer kit to upgrade all my connections. I'm not doing any cars but my own rn but if I am satisfied I might try to wash some cars on the weekend for extra cash on the side.
I picked up a similar one on Amazon recently but the bottle and brass fitting were broken. Still got it to work, but this would be a great replacement!
Great video as usual. Do you have a how to videos for dash cracks? I couldn’t find one in your previous videos . The wife’s G37 has the notorious dash cracks around the air vents and radio instrument cluster.
Hey Josh, do you have a video on how much soap/water mixture you use in your foam cannon? I find a ton of videos and they are all different. I'd love your take.
As car expert, when using a foam cannon how long and do you recommend allowing the foam to stay on the car when doing a contact wash? Should I let the foam sit for a couple minutes or start the contact wash immediately after spraying the entire car with foam? Thanks for all the great videos and info.
I let it dwell for about 2 minutes, rinse, foam and contact wash because the 1st foam coating has all the dirt in it. Doesn't make sense to clean with dirty foam
Seems great. It Would be better if they made a wide mouth as you said and maybe if it had a different screen. I guess sometimes the less expensive Is better. Thx again Josh 👍
Looks like the Twinkle Star version! Except the Amazon Basics has the additional screw. The Twinkle Star was a kit. The foam cannon, the stubby sprayer and 4 spray heads, I think was $30?
Thanks for the review and demonstration. Also, I appreciate the lesson on how to change out the orifice. @BTW the 1.1 orifice isn't available until late October. Happy to use your affiliate link for merchandise.
G'day, thank you for the review and testing of these products. In Australia we don't have has bigger range to pick from for upgrades. I definitely agree with you that the MJCC is easily in the top bracket of foaming cannons here. I currently use one has a weekend warrior, it sells in Australia for around $89. I had to get a new pressure washer recently. I ended up getting the Ozito 1800w electric pressure washer and wanted to know what would be the best options on how to upgrade the hose and a similar stubby gun to the McMillan? Both the McMillan stubby gun and the flex hose are not readily available in Australia. Iam new to your channel and so many thanks for uploading your informative content. Take care Gary 🇦🇺
Very informative video. Thank you for posting. One question. Wouldn't I need two sets of the quick disconnects, one on to connect the hose to the pressure washer, and another to connect to the gun?
I didn’t even realize I needed a pressure washer until RUclips recommended one of your videos. From watching your reviews, I’ve purchased the Active and now I am trying to pick a foam cannon to upgrade my system. I’ve started pressure washing everything around my home. Just make sure you use the low pressure nozzle 😂
I have done the exact same lol, just ordered the Cat version of the Active pressure washer, same exact item just Active was sold out. Will be getting either MTM PF22 foam cannon or the Griots foam cannon to finish it off to start washing my car better!
Hilarious!!! 👊🏾🇳🇬🇺🇸
I definitely pressure washing dog...that is for the idea
@@bigbrown2690I don't have a dog to pressure wash..That could be fun..once.

I bet the back of your truck is squeaky clean with all the testing lol, I think it would be a great second foam cannon, great video Josh 👍😁

I did my front windows yesterday and sprayed them with a ceramic hydro coat.
I brought the same Cannon about 6 months ago and changed the orifice to your recommendation. Works great with pink car soap from the chemical guys.
Thanks for always leading us to those budget friendly hidden gems!
Quality doesn't always = more moolah🤑
Love your consistency with testing of cannons and soaps
Just bought one on Amazon for $11.00! Can't wait to try it out.
I use the same pressure washer for budget reasons and I’m not a fan of the soap injection system so something like this would be awesome 👍🏻
I picked this up and works great for the price point. Thanks for all the great pointers!
Best review show ever! Thanks for helping us padawans choose wisely
Happy to help!
Just picked up a husqvarna electric pressure washer, this foam cannon would be perfect for my ride!

Brass on Brass is much better than Brass on plastic.
Great video again Josh. Would be a nice back up for my mjjc.
Best bang for one’s buck foam cannon so far! Great review as always!
I need a foam Cannon so this would be a great start. Thanks for your reviews.

Thank the Lord I bought one of these foam cannons after watching this review 😁😁

Inexpensive and performs well. That's my kind of product. Thanks for the giveaway!!

Love your reviews, Josh! They always seem fair and unbiased! Thanks for your work!!

Love the price point and brass on brass🤙 can't complain with that thick foam holding on the truck.
I picked up a similar one on Amazon recently but the bottle and brass fitting were broken. Still got it to work, but this would be a great replacement!
Great review on this I really do appreciate all your reviews on products. Looks like a solid product with the brass on brass.

This is an interesting one for sure. Glad to see that this is very affordable.

Glad to see this one tested, added to my cart a few times but never bought it though 👍
Thanks for all the videos you posted
Can you make a video showing how much soap you put in the foam cannon and water i use mr.pink but I can never get a good mixture

I think it depends on the weather and you can tell when you start washing it just don’t let the soap dry up on you.
Great video man. Now i gotta try it! And for $20 bucks its a great deal for your buck!!
I’m still with my Blisstime foam cannon. Goin on 4 years with original bottle
Seems great. It Would be better if they made a wide mouth as you said and maybe if it had a different screen. I guess sometimes the less expensive Is better. Thx again Josh 👍
Great review as always! Looks better than the cheap I bought with the 1.1mm orifice.
I like the foam cannons that can stand straight up with the nozzles on the flat wide bottom style..
Yet again nother excellent video Josh, keep up the good work 👍👌ps hopefully you can post to England 🇬🇧 cause mine is about too say adios. Cheers mate

Thanks for all the informational video's. Has helped quite a bit with my washing of mt RV. Any suggestions on getting pine sap off vehicles?
Love all of your reviews!!
Looks like it might be the same as the Twinkle Star. Thanks for the review!
Looks like the Twinkle Star version! Except the Amazon Basics has the additional screw. The Twinkle Star was a kit. The foam cannon, the stubby sprayer and 4 spray heads, I think was $30?
Yea, thats a good option also
My birthday is coming I would love to have it
Nice that the cheaper ones are listening.
Great video man! Value to be had with the cheap cannons for sure
Nice review, looks like a good product for the price.

Joe,Ridge Washer has the 1.1 Orifice in stock on Amazon.
Would love to see which one you'd recommend between this and the Armorall, for a lower cost cannon. Great videos!
I enjoy your review videos thank you for the content.
Great video. Helps me a lot.
👍👍
If you don't have an adjustable wrench, can use a 5/8 wrench instead.
I am going to use this on a floor with pavers I Think the runny would be acceptable for cleaning up pet messes
Not bad for the money. Would like to have one 🤣 These reviews/videos are great.
Wouldn't mind having this. Not bad with the 1.1
Thanks for reviewing!
You should do a video presentation oh your cool car sitting in your garage behind you. 👍🏻
