    Recently I finished full IM after 7 months of hard training. I need to wake up my hi power production systems. I was struggling on my first two trainings after i got back to crossfit gym 🤷‍♂. I am much interested in participating in hyrox. Thank you for the content.

    This was great content, thanks once again! I'd love to see the other way around as well. Someone who started with doing weight training and is pretty good in force production, but lacks in the endurance part.
    My guess is that it will be harder for someone who is specialized in heavy lifting to be competitive in Hyrox than for an endurance athlete transitioning to Hyrox, do you agree?

      Yes. 100% agree. Hyrox endurance sport, CrossFit strength/power sport.

      Better distribution of blood between working muscles. A key adaptation in CrossFit and hyrox. Teaching the cardiovascular system to quickly shift blood flow between working muscles.
