"You aren't meant to be seated here. I want you to move to that chair." My father snapped up and said "sir yes sir" and moved. A few minutes later a ricocheted bullet struck the chair my dad had been in. The Sargent was pleased that my dad wasn't hit but didn't understand why he moved. When my dad told him that a Lieutenant told him to move the Sargent informed my dad that there were no lieutenants on base.
I really love how Infographics took on this subject with the assumption that the source material is completely credible. Not once did they try to discredit the bible or it's believers and even made the distinctions of what is and isn't considered canon. It's a very mature and sensitive approach to a subject that many would use as an opportunity to mock others. Good on ya.

This reminded me when I was in basic. I was taking my PT test doing the push ups, I couldn’t do the minimum required to pass. I prayed for God to give me strength when I was gonna give up. Suddenly I just felt a breeze go through my body and I regained all my energy back, I passed the test. Just an experience I had that I wanted to share.
Not taking away from your personal experience. Just want to provide some insight on this being a real possibility (the feelings you got all your energy back and was able to complete the test). Congratulations btw. The human mind is really the biggest thing that holds us back. You can simply feel as if nothing left and honestly your brain is the reason. Your mind will always break before your body will. So, it stands to reason that you had extra reserves. Like I said not to take away from your beliefs. I would never do that. Simply put, God could of let you have mind over matter. Gave you strength if you will. But truly, let you have faith in your own strength.

We rode the roller coaster and when almost nearing the "loop" part, the restraint bars on my seat was unlocked. It was the roller coaster model where the track was above you and the seats were hanging from it. It was inverted. It was not the traditional type. The problem was that it was the only thing protecting you from falling off and had no seatbelts. I was a kid but miraculously did not feel any panic and I just knew what to do. I moved the bars swiftly back and forth and I felt it "click" and lock in place just before entering the loop. After a few days, I remember hearing some news that someone died after falling off from that specific roller coaster. It was not my time yet. I still had a purpose to fulfill. Glory be to God.

I had a " situation" happen to me. What I seen were dozens of bright white, yellow, and blue sparkles moving around and flowing thru what looked like cloud like billowy rolling light (sorry, best way I can explain it). The tree of the knowledge of good and evil and the tree of life are two different trees. They were forbidden from eating from the tree of knowledge. After doin so, genesis states they were removed from the garden so they would not be able to also eat from the tree of life and live forever in their fallen state.

I have met two angels in my life then. Twice when my life was at risk and I didn't know. One old lady that shouldn't be where she met me and another Tall quite beautiful woman in brown office outfit, who knew my name even without ever knowing her. Those two encounters still makes me wonder alot till this day. I never saw them again after the two different days I met them. Even though I never moved from that area for a while. Thanks for this video, It makes sense to me a bit now.

When I was an adolescent, I spent almost a week inside the ICU because of dengue AND pneumonia, a combo that the nurses told us to be...well...nasty. I was having a hard time to breathe whenever the nurses put me into a specific position on my hospital bed, which would always cause me to cough out so much mucus and blood. My parents refused to leave me and prayed non-stop. After a week--on the very day of my schedule of shoving an oxygen hose into my throat to aid my breathing and to put me in deep sleep--my vitals have increased, shocking everyone. I was instantly moved to a private room to relax and to take my final medications before leaving for home. A true miracle, indeed.
Back when all this "biblically accurate angel" became a thing, me and my friend would bring out our bibles, and like to go to revelations, and draw those fantastic, world ending, flying, smiting, sword wielding, fire burning , fellas and see our interpretation on this. When one of my aunts was giving berth there were some “difficulties” and her newborn was in the hospital for Months. One day my grandma took my aunt to church during a surgery on my aunts newborn (they did not know if he was going to make it) and a man behind them (an African-American man with blue eyes) said “Be at peace ____ all is well” addressed her by name. They turned around and he leaving. So after mass they went to the hospital and the newborn was fine. The surgery worked, and He and I are good friends still today.

2 months ago, I was driving to Toronto from Windsor on the 401 which is the busiest highway between Michigan and Ontario/Canada. It was around midnight and it was pouring down heavily! I started to feel sleepy. Immediately, I said to myself "I'll pull over at the next gas station for some coffee". I drove for another 5 minutes and started feeling sleepy again. This time, I felt a powerful urge to stay awake. It felt as if someone was sitting with me in driver seat and holding the sterring wheel. The road was blurry and the rain got stronger. Suddenly, I couldn't see the road anymore, it was pitch black! I was doing probably 100km/65 miles. I started to slow down considerably and the road was still pitch black ahead of me. Luckily, I slowed down. As soon as I got close to the obscurity I was seeing, I realized it was an 18 wheeler that flipped on the highway. It blocked the road in front of me. The bottom of the truck was facing me, that's why it was pitch black, and the hood was covering the opposite side of the highway. I pulled over and the truck looked like it was going to blow up. I dialled 911 and they said they were on the way already. If I wasn't careful, I would have probably made the accident worse, the driver was still inside the truck. So, I pulled over and the police showed up.
And so everyone felt time wasted, confused, defeated, with no hope.... Until He rose on the third day. The WHOLE scriptures accumulate and hang unto this one very specific and extremely important event. If Christ had not resurrected, Christianity would be in vain and false. According to the scriptures themselves.

I may have met an angel, the day of the Cedar Fire (CA) in 2003. We left the house, watching the fire get closer. I went back to check, and was followed by a stranger who fought the fire with me and saved my house. He said where he lived, an area totally devastated, yet nobody from the area knew him. My neighbor said "maybe it was an angel." It's as good an explanation as any. Naturally, I never saw him again.
As a kid I always wondered why God punished Adam and Eve instead of placing full blame on the snake, Him being all knowing and all. Always made me feel like was in on it or something
Bible states Adam and Eve were created perfect (perfect mind, perfect health) -unlike us suffering from health/mental problems in a messed up world. God gave them a perfect place to enjoy life -no suffering. They can eat anything they want except one fruit. They have free will, but chose to disobey. Didn't pass one simple test. Eve was deceived by satan but Adam was not (Adam decided to go along with his wife. Both were fully informed of the consequences that could affect not only them but also their children -the whole human race. That's why Jesus was sent to save us). They were not sorry afterwards either, but instead made excuses. It also shows ungratefulness to their Father. I agree, God is all knowing and we have lots of questions unanswered, but He don't give us all the details like how the universe was created, or else the bible would be so thick and our minds cannot process/fathom everything at the moment.

Mom got broadsided back in the 70s by a drunk minister who blew through a stop sign going about 80. She said she clearly remembers being thrown from the vehicle, but she found herself sitting calmly on the trunk of her car, with a fresh bruise from a large hand on her arm where someone grabbed her and pulled her back. It was too big to have been the minister who hit her, and it was there before cops and first responders made it. We think it was an angel.
I asked a priest once, why some angels look so scary. He said that from his studies, the lower the rank of the angel, the closer they are to humans. The higher the rank, the closer they are to God, and the closer they are to God causes them to look this way, because the angels who are directly with God, will never see or come in contact with humans
I remember one encounter with an angel. I didn’t know I was in danger of getting hit by a speeding car in a few seconds seconds. This person called out to me to stop me in my tracks. Although there are certainly examples of bizarre looking angels (by our standards) in the Bible, they also can look very human, so much so that they can pass among humans unnoticed. As spiritual beings, they might not have any particular image but change as they desire. It seems there are some anti-Christian people who attempt to weaken others faith by stressing the weird appearance of some angels and ignore the more human ones.

5:50 When I was a theology student in college, I often considered the "Fall of Man" in the Garden of Eden. The irony is, The Serpent did not lie to Eve. He told her she would be like God. The reality is, God forbid them from eating of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil - knowledge meant only for God. When Eve disobeyed, she gained knowledge of Evil and became like God in that fashion. Perhaps God was merely trying to protect Eve from learning something she didn't need to know - much like a parent trying to protect their child from the bad in the world. An interesting video, while I personally don't follow any religion, I like to research the origins of them, this was an entertaining video to watch through. I am someone who is more rooted in facts, logic, science and reasoning, My personal beliefs on God or Gods is that I do believe that there can be a possibility of a higher being, but my possibility will never be answered or proven as correct or incorrect. If there is a God or many then that's cool, if there isn't then oh well, I'll never truly know since in science you can never exclude the possibility of God.

what was the minimum amount if you remember?
same! I've never been a runner and I prayed to pass my run. not only did I pass but I was almost 3 minutes under my max at the time for my age

They kinda got wrong one thing. They said the tree of life and the tree of knowledge and good & evil as the same thing. Otherwise mostly good job, they do a good job in asking the right biblical scholars and teachers. Not the nut jobs on TV lol.
I think probably having a diversity of theists and atheists, and a general look of 'Looking for lore' rather than 'proving to be truthful' is the best direction that they went with this. Christian or not, you gotta admit, the Bible has some cool stuff in it. Bet you can turn this into an anime.

I had a " situation" happen to me.
What I seen were dozens of bright white, yellow, and blue sparkles moving around and flowing thru what looked like cloud like billowy rolling light (sorry, best way I can explain it). It just "broke thru" my world. And I kept hearing in the most beautiful softest voices I have ever heard in my life "Respond" "Respond" "Respond" over and over. I did.
yea. that's just your brain. there arw neurons in your brain which can simulate anything. that's why certain drugs can trigger vivid hallucinations. it just proves that the brain is capable of such a feat. subconscious also another part of you that you barely have any control over.

The tree of the knowledge of good and evil and the tree of life are two different trees. They were forbidden from eating from the tree of knowledge. After doin so, genesis states they were removed from the garden so they would not be able to also eat from the tree of life and live forever in their fallen state.

A slight correction - seraphim are actually the highest order of angels, whereas archangels are actually the second lowest order of angels
I believe the two are not mutually exclusive. “Archangel” is a title, not a classification of type of angel like “Seraphim” or “Cherubim”
There are archangels and there are archeangel. The only archeangel is Michael, he is the highest ranking officer in the heavenly army.

I heard a description of an angel from a guy who had a near death experience. He said it was beautiful but powerful and that it pretty much dragged him out of the lake of fire and back to his life.
You don't go to the lake of fire when you die. The lake of fire is the second death and that only comes after judgement day which hasn't happened yet.

I have met two angels in my life then.
Twice when my life was at risk and I didn't know. One old lady that shouldn't be where she met me and another Tall quite beautiful woman in brown office outfit, who knew my name even without ever knowing her. Those two encounters still makes me wonder alot till this day. I never saw them again after the two different days I met them. Even though I never moved from that area for a while.

When I was an adolescent, I spent almost a week inside the ICU because of dengue AND pneumonia, a combo that the nurses told us to be...well...nasty. I was having a hard time to breathe whenever the nurses put me into a specific position on my hospital bed, which would always cause me to cough out so much mucus and blood. My parents refused to leave me and prayed non-stop. After a week--on the very day of my schedule of shoving an oxygen hose into my throat to aid my breathing and to put me in deep sleep--my vitals have increased, shocking everyone. I was instantly moved to a private room to relax and to take my final medications before leaving for home. A true miracle, indeed.

13:12 Okay so my story begins when I was still pretty young, I can’t really remember it that well but my grandma and aunts have told me. When one of my aunts was giving berth there were some “difficulties” and her newborn was in the hospital for Months. One day my grandma took my aunt to church during a surgery on my aunts newborn (they did not know if he was going to make it) and a man behind them (an African-American man with blue eyes) said “Be at peace ____ all is well” addressed her by name. They turned around and he leaving. So after mass they went to the hospital and the newborn was fine. The surgery worked, and He and I are good friends still today.

2 months ago, I was driving to Toronto from Windsor on the 401 which is the busiest highway between Michigan and Ontario/Canada. It was around midnight and it was pouring down heavily! I started to feel sleepy. Immediately, I said to myself "I'll pull over at the next gas station for some coffee". I drove for another 5 minutes and started feeling sleepy again. This time, I felt a powerful urge to stay awake. It felt as if someone was sitting with me in driver seat and holding the sterring wheel. The road was blurry and the rain got stronger. Suddenly, I couldn't see the road anymore, it was pitch black! I was doing probably 100km/65 miles. I started to slow down considerably and the road was still pitch black ahead of me. Luckily, I slowed down. As soon as I got close to the obscurity I was seeing, I realized it was an 18 wheeler that flipped on the highway. It blocked the road in front of me. The bottom of the truck was facing me, that's why it was pitch black, and the hood was covering the opposite side of the highway. I pulled over and the truck looked like it was going to blow up. I dialled 911 and they said they were on the way already. If I wasn't careful, I would have probably made the accident worse, the driver was still inside the truck. So, I pulled over and the police showed up.
Notice theres always a flood, always a perfect sacrifice, always a trinity. It's almost like it was all based on the same thing.
And so everyone felt time wasted, confused, defeated, with no hope....
Until He rose on the third day.
The WHOLE scriptures accumulate and hang unto this one very specific and extremely important event.
If Christ had not resurrected, Christianity would be in vain and false.

I may have met an angel, the day of the Cedar Fire (CA) in 2003. We left the house, watching the fire get closer. I went back to check, and was followed by a stranger who fought the fire with me and saved my house. He said where he lived, an area totally devastated, yet nobody from the area knew him. My neighbor said "maybe it was an angel." It's as good an explanation as any. Naturally, I never saw him again.

As a kid I always wondered why God punished Adam and Eve instead of placing full blame on the snake, Him being all knowing and all. Always made me feel like was in on it or something
He told Adam not to do it, but Adam listen to his wife over God.
They were given orders and disobeyed their father. 1 simple order and they went against the literal GOD what was he to do?
Bible states Adam and Eve were created perfect (perfect mind, perfect health) -unlike us suffering from health/mental problems in a messed up world. God gave them a perfect place to enjoy life -no suffering. They can eat anything they want except one fruit. They have free will, but chose to disobey. Didn't pass one simple test. Eve was deceived by satan but Adam was not (Adam decided to go along with his wife. Both were fully informed of the consequences that could affect not only them but also their children -the whole human race. That's why Jesus was sent to save us). They were not sorry afterwards either, but instead made excuses. It also shows ungratefulness to their Father.
I agree, God is all knowing and we have lots of questions unanswered, but He don't give us all the details like how the universe was created, or else the bible would be so thick and our minds cannot process/fathom everything at the moment.

Adam and Eve weren’t allowed to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, not the tree of life, so Revelation 22:7 doesn’t imply their eventual allowance to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Mom got broadsided back in the 70s by a drunk minister who blew through a stop sign going about 80. She said she clearly remembers being thrown from the vehicle, but she found herself sitting calmly on the trunk of her car, with a fresh bruise from a large hand on her arm where someone grabbed her and pulled her back. It was too big to have been the minister who hit her, and it was there before cops and first responders made it. We think it was an angel.

I asked a priest once, why some angels look so scary. He said that from his studies, the lower the rank of the angel, the closer they are to humans. The higher the rank, the closer they are to God, and the closer they are to God causes them to look this way, because the angels who are directly with God, will never see or come in contact with humans

I remember one encounter with an angel. I didn’t know I was in danger of getting hit by a speeding car in a few seconds seconds. This person called out to me to stop me in my tracks. I didn’t remember what she said though. It was about something mundane. After that, I saw a car wooshed in front of me.
The numbers above the chalkboard in the classroom are a fibonacci sequence (except that there should be an extra "1" at the beginning but then it wouldn't have been as subtle). Although there are certainly examples of bizarre looking angels (by our standards) in the Bible, they also can look very human, so much so that they can pass among humans unnoticed. As spiritual beings, they might not have any particular image but change as they desire. It seems there are some anti-Christian people who attempt to weaken others faith by stressing the weird appearance of some angels and ignore the more human ones.

8:48 Two corrections: we do not know who wrote Hebrews. It could have been Paul, it could have not been as well. Also, even more importantly, Hebrews 1:5, “To which one of the angels did God ever say: You are My Son?” is not addressed to humans, it is addressed to Christ. Read the previous verses:

There was actually a 3rd angel mentioned in the Catholic Bible. It was the angel Raphael mentioned and had a big role in the Book of Tobit.
there is 7 ark angels according to The complete bible and the first bible you can find is in Ethiopia, one of the first countries to adbot Christianity
This just goes to show you that God is all powerful. To create something so advanced and powerful as those angels.

5:50 When I was a theology student in college, I often considered the "Fall of Man" in the Garden of Eden. The irony is, The Serpent did not lie to Eve. He told her she would be like God. The reality is, God forbid them from eating of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil - knowledge meant only for God. When Eve disobeyed, she gained knowledge of Evil and became like God in that fashion.
Perhaps God was merely trying to protect Eve from learning something she didn't need to know - much like a parent trying to protect their child from the bad in the world.
That said, I don't really have genuine belief in this stuff anymore. I just thought I'd pose my contemplation from back in the day.

Sorry to say this but nobody knows what angles look like nobody does today really.
An interesting video, while I personally don't follow any religion, I like to research the origins of them, this was an entertaining video to watch through. I am someone who is more rooted in facts, logic, science and reasoning, My personal beliefs on God or Gods is that I do believe that there can be a possibility of a higher being, but my possibility will never be answered or proven as correct or incorrect. If there is a God or many then that's cool, if there isn't then oh well, I'll never truly know since in science you can never exclude the possibility of God.
