You should do a last air bender stop motion! It’d be cool to see how you do the bending with Lego bricks. I’m a big fan of your animations btw. I’ve kept up with your vids since I was 11 or 12 and I’m 21 now.
I committed to building this set after watching your video and I can't express how greatful I am to have done so. This was such a great build from head to tail.
We got an appa from a third party site, and the build didn't look nearly as good as this and it doesn't stay together very well either. Still think it was worth it considering it was significantly less than going the route you did and it is a good display piece. I do like your model a lot though too
I think it was Vonado, but it looks like they've got an updated version for about $100 that looks a lot more like the version in this video. Might be worth looking at at least. I've had mostly positive experiences with Vonado models. Sometimes the peices don't fit as tightly as actual Lego, but most of the time that isn't a really big deal. Shipping can take a couple of weeks though since they come from China most of the time (they do have a warehouse in California that they ship from sometimes though)
Hey I bought this set on Amazon and the digital instructions that came with it didn’t show me how to build the stand. Did your instructions show you how?
To my knowledge this isn't sold as a set on Amazon. You have to source the parts yourself using Bricklink. The instructions for the stand are included in the Rebrickable download, you can purchase them in the link in bio!
With things of this caliber, I actually prefer to do figure representations made out of regular lego pieces. They are better looking and don't have weird graphics, that are distracting. It just vibes as more pro level.
@@JediBob I might get some knock offs and make some custom figs. But I wanna get that momo mold. I don’t see it happening but it’d be so cool if they brought the theme back for the new series.
