I love how every scene is shortened by a factor of 1000, but the scene where Aang hallucinates murderous samurai sword-wielding animal guides thrashing each other has an entire minute devoted.
We need that minute
and contains the only actual dialogue of the whole video.

I don't know about that, the ending fights together got a lot of attention, but Appa and Momo def got more dialogue in this scene than any other character in the whole run.

I adore Zuko and Uncle Iroh in this. I love how Uncle Iroh just mumbles and shuffles up to people to calm them down and somehow it is just as soothing as the actual Uncle Iroh. And the scene were Uncle Iroh and Zuko hug was somehow still an emotional gut punch just like the show. I love it.
Also, Iroh's GARGANTUAN right arm 😂
Except when the moon spirit died. He mumbled and shuffled in ANGER.
His expressions in every scene are perfect. He looks so done with everything in the beginning and I love it
because you actually watched the show, people who have never seen this think of it as crap

I'm rewatching this for the (something)th time, and I never noticed that when Zuko is crowned Fire Lord, and everyone stops smiling when he does the default dance, one of the guys in the audience (who I assume is one of the animators) doesn't stop smiling, but instead smiles wider. Absolutely love that detail!
It should also be mentioned that toph and sokka don’t change their expressions at all, because toph is blind and sokka was 🗿

There needs to be a prequel series that shows the lives of the 6 named Avatars who came before Korra and Aang; Roku, Kyoshi, Kuruk, Yangchen, Szeto, and Salai! I like how the novels and comics have given them more backstory and we got a few episodes featuring some of them, but I want to see them all in an actual show.
