I LOVE the Avatar sets! However, ever since the price increase, I've been iffy, not just on Avatar alone. HOWEVER, I feel you can get each set on a sale that's at least 20% off, then I strongly believe each set is worth it! They are stunningly great display sets with unique parts and techniques.
The display I imagine you did is crazy, the blue and pink led lights really help to set the tone and you can finally make something out of everything you are seeing. Plus the video is just so cool, GREAT video.
I have a few of these sets but every single one I've gotten I got them at a markdown price I even got the biggest way of water set for only $30 the one with the whale
