It was cool I’m just a tad bit underwhelmed that the base plates weren’t screwed down in the first flood. I’m extremely curious what the damage done by the water breaking the structures rather than the tiles being disconnected and running into each other being the main source of damage would look like.
In my opinion it was a bit dissapointing. the coolest part was the windows of the apple store shattering. But you cant forget the effort put into this.
Absolutely amazing! The interior of the shots were great. I think next time you should hook the baseplates together so the whole city stays together for the flood
This has been such a big project, with so much bricks, setup and time being involved! I especially enjoyed the camera angles inside the buildings. This was epic, amazing job!
Yea one fault with this was things were not rigid and together, so watching how stuff goes with everything attached, even if via normal lego bricks would be nice. Also would be extra content on the way if he did videos with build progress on the way or as he was building also could go more in depth with what is built and details taht just cant be included in this length of video,
@@aurora4xabo665 I hope you're being sarcastic lol. And if you aren't, he's had a series of shorts that have been all over youtube for like the past month on his progress on each individual build, in case you didn't know ☺
I think you would have gotten more interesting results if you connected all the baseplates together, so that the entire build didn't just get pushed away by the water
I would've loved to see a damage report showing what was damaged. Also next time (if there is a next time) connect the baseplates and try and keep them from moving so the force is applied directly to the buildings instead of moving the structures
Throughout this video I was constantly amazed by his dedication to this city which was inevitably going to be destroyed. The details certainly didn't have to go as far as they did, but it definitely added to the experience of watching those structures fill up with water. Those shots were amazing!
Finally, it's been a nice journey, following you build this from day 1 to flooding it. We need more videos like this. Also the flood scenes look phenomenal. Truly phenomenal.
The flooding of the city looks very cool and epic. But I think it would be better if the plates were connected to each other. The water would have less space and it would put more pressure on city buildings
Watching you build this city is inspiring, but admittingly the flood was a little disappointing because I was hoping the force of the water would topple down buildings, but instead we see them moving and crashing into each other with minimal structural damage . If I were to do the same, I would have flooded both from the side and above and I'd even incorporate wind for a typhoon effect.
I remember when I randomly found day 1, and started following the series. This was a truly amazing build and it's sad to see it go, but awesome at the same time. Great work! ❤

Great video but you didn’t lock the base plates together :/ That means the strength of the buildings weren’t tested because all the force of the water went into to sliding them, not pushing them over.
