Interesting I've never been to a retreat but I've heard of them. The longest I've meditated is like 30min to an hour, but that'd be pretty interesting doing it that much throughout the day.
I would highly recommend checking out the midnight gospel on Netflix. The show has much to say about mindfulness if you can get over it's strange presentation. Good video Nicholas.
