The only way out of suffering (if that's what we want)is to practice love continuously. Eventually we experience spontaneous connection with every being and feel the love everywhere.
We have to "be love". Just be love. Which is not easy, but then nothing is easy. Just .. be.. love ❤

This one hits home for me. I’ve been unable to stop searching for years because I’ve had many glimpses also. It’s brutal to stop seeking inner peace when you know it’s real, not some concept you’ve read in books, but an actual experience. It’s a constant inner struggle of how can I accept not being in peace when I know from firsthand experience that it’s real ánd obtainable for me because it already happened. Trying to add that experience to ‘me’ when the experience is the absence of ‘me’. It’s such a mindf*ck and so exhausting. Thank you for this video.

Yes, I feel this. It's like I'm dancing on the liminal line, a lightbulb with a bad connection flickering on and off.
In human Life appearance, it can apparently takes time to “settle down” mentally, emotionally and physically in this understanding. Don’t worry, it gets better and better by itself! ❤

Do you still have desires and goals? If so, do you experience them differently? Do you just accept what is, or are desires and goals a part of what is?
There are so many beautiful teachers Rupert Spyera, Echart Tolle, Ascendor, and others.
Men can either try to prove what they already know or they can use their senses to learn what they don't. Children are dedicated to learning above all else. Unless ye be as little children you cannot enter the kingdom. Proving what you already know is the ultimate ego distraction tactic. Metanoia or changing one's mind or otherwise known as repentance is nothing more than transforming the dictator into the happy learner. Once this is accomplished the kingdom which is within us suddenly becomes the place we occupy at spiritual children. There all need is met. We know it. As the happy childhood begins to recede, suffering occurs. Prior to the disappearance of that state of being as children we had no suffering. We knew the great fullness as all our supply was through grace. We did not need to take action to acquire.

For me it's like there's something inside me, could describe it like a mouse pointer and it always had to identify with something. It can't be dropped. It's like if I lie in silence I'll take in the sounds of the environment and feel my hand stroking the dog, then something will latch onto the fact I'm not aware of my body and whatever that thing is, that thing that hooks onto things feels like me and trying to disidentify with it is impossible.
I feel like im allowing emotions and thoughts to be there but they just stay. Even if I sit in silence for half an hour the feeling will be there, then I might get sidetracked by a thought, then the feeling comes back. Feel like I'm accepting it or trying to but nothing ever feels different.
Expectations to "feel different" means that you don't accept what is, as it is. It means trying to enlighten your brain, not yourself

Can worldly ambitions still arise after awakening?
It’s weird because as a creative person I have always know that it isn’t “me” who creates anything. And that is what lead to my existential search for the Thing that has always created through me, and a pure and genuine desire to serve It since I can see the worldly potential that this character has been granted. That was the “story” of my awakening and how I was lead down this path to discover my true Nature. Now during the ascension process I oscillate between “self” and “Self” and there are days when I am back into my creative pursuits and feel very energised by it and have high dreams and hopes for the ideas that come to me, and then days when I can barely move, it seems totally pointless to create anything and I just sit in silence and feel hopeless. I know this is part of the energetic shift / ego dissolution process. It’s like the false self really wants to serve the True Self even though it’s an illusion in the first place, it is terrified of not fulfilling its potential. The challenge seems to be to surrender to the fact that it’s always been the Self doing everything, including the creating and looking for the one doing the creating! F**kkkkk 🤯
It comes to say “stop trying to appear as ONE, you ARE already one”. If one wanted to become two to experience itself in all possible, we are already in the right place”! Mind is a bad liar ! Just spot it ! ❤️

Can i ask,, its about lets say actually reaching a state of peacefulness in meditation,,,
once you know youre there and the feel the world is just happening around you, but once life goes on you get distracted,, now having felt how the feel of such peacefulness,,, i often tried get it back, try to remember how it feels then try to be at peace
Which is absolutely 180° of how i attain that state of meditation in the first place,, any idea?

You cannot escape Samsara into Nirvana. Samsara and Nirvana are one, not two. And you are not pure consciousness. You are just an illusory character created by pure consciousness. You may say you are pure consciousness but you can never say I am pure consciousness.

but.......question the one who accepts or doesn't accept. that one us ego. when investigating that one the revelation is that there is just awareness. be with that. redude in that. accepting or not accepting is still rooted in duality. in deep dlerp there is pure being with no I. when ego appears, in the waking dream and dream at night, everything appears. when ego doesn't appear everything doesn't appear.

One must first ask and seek to find. The only good quality of the ego. Once one knows, then the only thing we must do is let go.

Thanks for another insightful post. I find myself experiencing awareness as moving between an expanded state of being which is relaxed, peaceful, open and in and of the moment, and a state of contraction into the the personal self, that I would call me, when I have identified with a thought. The identification with the thought, essentially being the cause of the contractions and the creator of the momentary me. This sense of moving in and out of these states feels induced by grasping onto and holding a thought, judgement or an interpretation of reality, rather than just being in or having a direct experience. I have found that I cannot will myself to allow or actively accept anything. But, I can relax into a state of not knowing. Which opens up the moment. Many thanks for the new video!
