- This kundalini yoga kriya, known as Karam Shambhavi Mudra Meditation, shows you the amazing power of the breath to still and balance the mind. We'll do a few warm-ups to get the energy flowing before we get into our rebalancing pranayam to bring positive and negative minds into balance.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
