Have been a client at Optimale for about 4 months now since i moved to the UK from Aus and realised how primitive TRT is under the NHS. definitely a fan of twice weekly, allows me to use a lot less test overall. While expensive I feel the customer service makes it worth extra $$.
I was shooting test enanthate monday am and thursday pm .. and i had sleep problems , couldn't fall asleep easy and waking up 4-5 times during the night. In preparation for tren ace to be added to the cycle when i get a lot leaner i decided to try to do my enanthate by ED injections just to get use to before the tren needs to be added so then i can combine them in 1 shot every day . Now its not even 2 full weeks of me trying the every day injections so i havent done any blood work so far ( which i will do before the tren ) and i can see my sleep improved. I now fall asleep in 10-15 mins not 1-2 hrs like i was when pinning 2 times per week and also i might wake up just 1 time and my sleep feel more deep and restorative when i wake up. I dont know if my mind makes this up or not ,but i definitely sleep BETTER even tho enanthate is long ass ester.
Here for the algorithm! When it comes to TRT these guys at Optimale are the real deal! Can't stress enough how brilliant their service is, top to bottom!
I know you can't technically give medical advice but how about an educated opinion...? So my physician has prescribed me test cyp 160mg per week with 80mg every 3.5 days. My question is, would my test levels stay more stable and therefore have less of a chance of overly fluctuating estrogen levels by injecting 3 times per week vs 2. My physician has said that I could do either but I'm just wondering if the results would be enough to even worry about it or if the difference between 2x and 3x per week are negligible. Thanks for any help.
Good question - the more you split it up into smaller injections, the less the fluctuations. However, you may not notice the difference so this is where there is a balance between convenience and results.
Ive been taking Sustanon 250 for 36 years 26 years as a competative bodybuilder now 10 years on TRT.I have found cypionate and Enanthate causes oily skin and acne. 1 amp of Sustanon every 5 days IM works the best for me.
Hi Guys, what do you think of microdosing vs the normal 5-7 day cycles? I'm trying to determine what may be the best treatment for me as I prepare to start TRT but I have again, heard both positives and negatives for both.
Hi Rob, we believe it is individual to the patient. Generally injections once every 5-7 days are not the best approach, but twice weekly, three times weekly, every other day or daily can all work well. Some men will need more frequent dosing (e.g. daily) to reduces symptoms of high oestrogen whereas others will feel fine on twice weekly. Always discuss with your prescribing doctor.
I am curious, i was with a UK based clinic however i couldnt proceed with them due to cost with a big family it was not cost effective. So i self meeicate now followimg the same protocal as the clinic but swapped from sus250 to cypionate. I was on EOD which was a hassle so i went to 3 days then 2 days i couldnt feel muchbof a difference other than more energy on 2 day rather than 3 but i have now reveeted to 3 will try that again for 4 weeks see how that goes. My lates labs had me really high oestrogen and total serum test at 52 unfortunatley my GP wont do free test or shbg. One question though do you guy favour SubQ or shallow IM?
Just today I left a message for my Dr. in reference to getting my shots 2-3/weekly instead of once a week as I’ve heard this will help with the negative side effects (bacne) I get now. Is this true?
There is no norm. If you have low t then they will prescribe a certain amount and test in a few months to see your total t levels and then adjust. If you’re using it for cycle then it depends on what your blood results say after 8 weeks to determine if you should go up or down.
Great video. But just some construction criticism... the transitions with the added sound effects are just distracting. They don't help the video at all
Test Cyp is a long acting ester. The cotton seed oil slows down the absorption. Once a week is perfect though I’ve been injecting twice a week. My levels have been much higher since switching to twice a week even with me splitting the dose in half (.8 units once a week vs .4 units twice a week) acne is the same as well. I haven’t seen any benefit to switching to twice a week vs once.

Is it safe to go on TRT when having SHBG way below range (11,5 nmol/l range 17,1 - 77,6) - Test is also below range
Yes but you’ll need to pin more frequently to help bring up shbg
