Strangers i don't know does not make me anxious but going to work does for me.
The idea is that any of those things on there own can be caused by a million things. Its when you have all or close to all of them that narrows the cause. For example, if you have 8 out of 10 you are likely suffering from low T.
However, low T alone doesn't always indicate you have a problem -- some men can function with low test. Its when those symptoms cause your QUALITY OF LIFE to significantly diminish, or you can no longer function normally in your day-to-day activities. That is when you need treatment. Numbers alone don't mean much, but low test (a hormonal imbalance) can take away your will to live. How you feel should always comes first.
Perfectly worded, I am just about to start trt with optimale after I do a swim count test
I've had these symptoms for over 20 years (I'm 45). They were on and off and I only had about half until I was in my mid-30s, but doctors treated them as separate issues. A month ago I decided to see about Brain Fog that I knew was getting worse over the past couple of years. The main issue I kept seeing appear on every site was Low T. When I finally pulled it up, it was like reading my medical history list of issues. I always assumed that was an old man disease. I got my T checked over a week ago for the first time ever and it was 178, when the normal range here in the US is 300 to 1000 (roughly - each lab gives different ranges apparently). I pretty much have the level of an 80 year old man. My doctor is having me start on TRT in a couple of weeks, so hopefully it will lead to improving many of these issues.
Has it helped
@@sillymrpre I've only been on it for 3 weeks and so far so good. I have felt more energetic and had less issues in the bedroom. Not sure I can contribute that to TRT yet. It can take up to 6 months or so for the fill effect to find out if it is working as intended. I go for blood work in 2 months, so we shall see.
@@dacripeis you have insulin resistance when you on low testosterone
How are you feeling now being on TRT. Thank you.
@@MG63 doing great! TRT fixed all my issues. Don't regret getting on it one bit.
Discuss the process, from first bloods, what levels you recommend Trt therapy etc
I’m 10 for 10. My last test, I was at 155. Time to start.
I was at 140. I'll be starting this month.
My testosterone level is 7.8 , but SHBG is 18, (My SH and FSH are 2.6 and 3.1) so I have normal free TT level. Also except being overweight I don't have any symptoms of low TT. And I easy build muscle . I was prescribed TT replacement therapy, but I am not sure if I really need it in my 45. I afraid to start because there is a risk of quite serious side effects. Not sure what to do.
I'm struggling with loads of those symptoms, I'm 49 and in good health and fit but there's something missing...
Yep, most of those symptoms. Just ordered a blood test kit!
What are your result I have 834 ng per dl
ive got many of the symptoms you have mentioned, and had my hormones checked a hand full of times over the past couple years, and my shbg has always been high between 70-85 nmol/L, and latley been testing my prolactin and that had also been high between 320-900 miu/L, which ive had mri scan that has shown i have an pituitary adenoma but doc says it isnt the cause of my high prolactin, but total testosterone is between 21-29 nmol/L, but my free testosterone is around 0.25 nmolL, but endocrinologist saying theres nothing concerning. so just asking would i be a possible candidate for HRT/TRT?
Yes you might be a good candidate to try with something to reduce SHBG, if this doesn't help then the doctor may try you on testosterone. Drop us a message on our website.
If your doctor says you're fine he's a quack. He's going by threats or danger to your life. Not your quality of life. Someone can be bedridden and be alive for years, but I wouldn't call that living.
@@krane15 I agree.
War if your blood test is normal? I'm 27 and have 671 t level.
I feel tired all the time low sex drive
Could be something else bro
I dropped my t and went on HCG monotherapy for just 2 weeks. I feel low test now holy shit… so depressed. Could sleeep all day. Massive anxiety. No drive. No pumps in the gym.
I actually took 2 doses of testosterone and stopped. Now I have high Total Testosterone and Free Testosterone . But I have all the symptoms of low testosterone.
My blood test results have came back at 4 out of 20 been normal 😮
I agree with all
Does this test also give you blood type?
Only if you ask for it.
@@krane15 i did ask. They dont give it.
@@Senseigainz How many blood tests have you had? Its not a secret, and pretty basic. It should be on one of the results pages in your file.
Anyway, whomever you asked before that didn't know was lazy or incompetent. Next time just ask someone else. Or your doctor, if necessary.
@@krane15 only one test. I dont need a second test.
@@Senseigainz You should get at least one blood test a year. You're doctor should be able to tell you your blood type. If he can't, get a new doctor.
A lot of the time, it's a thyroid issue that needs addressing not sticking guys on TRT.
The two are intrinsically linked.
That is correct. I'm waiting for TRT but my Dr had my bloods done first to check my thyroid. 👍
Everyone has low tess when you get older, but all you guys do is ,well your ok for your age so you don't need it. Should be able to get it prooerly if you are prepared to pay.
