SubQ is the way to go. There will be a dip in total at first but the delivery is more stable, bioavailability is what you’re aiming for so get your levels checked quarterly. I’ve been doing subQ this whole year and total T went from 386 to 861. Doc wants me at 1200. It’s not a race so follow your protocol and be patient, all you have is time so good luck

I always warm up the bottle of test in my pocket before injecting. It’s easy to draw and inject . I also prefer to inject wile I’m very warm like after a shower. Hope that’s some help .
My doctor prescribed me Testosterone Cypionate (200mg vial for a total volume of 1 ml). I inject 0.5 ml subcutaneously weekly and use a 25 gauge needle that is 1/2 inch in length. This seems to be the best and easiest way to draw the thick oil into the syringe and then inject into the fat on my abdomen. I inject at 90 degree since I have a decent level of fat. If you are lean, consider a 45 degree angle to prevent injecting muscle and/or reduce any pain at the site. I also massage the testosterone at the injection site for 30s post injection.
I tried a 27 gauge needle but it took too long to pull the oil, hence why 8 use 25 gauge.
Exactly what I was thinking he's to straight on he should be going at an angle, I was shown to pull my fat up and insert at an angle to 100% get a subq
Use a draw needle, 18 gauge, to draw the oil out of the vial then swap the needle for injection to the 27 gauge

I use 20g to draw then back fill insulin needle 31gx5/16 - 0 pain and 0 issue pushing the oil through
Can you keep the test in the injectable syringe for the next injection day and just change the needle? rather than pulling everytime?
Thanks for this video. I'm a woman who's been injecting testosterone into her thigh muscle for a couple of years now. It got to the point that I can only do one leg instead of two, because my right leg got so sensitive to injections that really hurt to do them. My left leg is now to that point. The other thing I want to say is... thank God for modern medicine and testosterone for women! Everything in my life has improved so drastically! Thank you again for your help and knowledge.

Yay ! I’m a woman on it too . I do subQ twice weekly . .3ml . Mine is cypionate in MCT oil . I get itchy, hard lumps though. That’s why I’m watching these videos. Hope they’ll eventually stop . But it’s been months. I think I’m having heartburn as a side effect. Which is a shame because I like many of the good effects. ❤

I'm not giving anybody any medical advice, I'm just telling you my story. I am 49 years old. I noticed, several years back, many changes, including starting menopause. I was miserable. I put on a lot of weight, I had no energy, and I cried about everything all the time. My sex life at that point was a big fat zero. It put a strain on my relationship with my husband. I knew something was off, I just did not know what until I did blood work. Sure enough, my testosterone levels were soooo low. What made matters even worse, doctors and especially gynecologists don't want to give women testosterone. Online HRT clinics focus on men. That may have changed recently, I don't know. So, I took matters into my own hands. 1 ml every 2 weeks intramuscular. There are times that I go up to 4 weeks without a shot. The weight fell off without even trying, my blood pressure came down, I had more energy, no more crying about everything, and within 3 months of starting the shots, menopause ended and I have not had a period since. I just all around feel great. I have a better sex life now than I ever had in my twenties. My husband couldn't keep up, so he ended up going to the doctor, and sure enough, he needed testosterone as well. Yes, for women, there are some side effects(nothing life-threatening in my case anyway), but I will take those side effects over feeling the way I was feeling prior to starting the testosterone. Hands down, the best thing I've ever done for myself!

A couple of points:
You should never resheath the needle.
If you draw back roughly the same amount of air as your planned dose before drawing up from the vial, push the air into the vial, then draw back, you'll be able to aquire your dose much easier from the vial.

This helped so much! I’m a trans man on testosterone and my moms been doing it slightly more painfully then she needed to for the FIRST 5 MONTHS!!!! We just had the idea to watch the video and it made the process thousands of times less painful!!! Thanks!!
My testosterone Levels dropped 350 points after I switched to subq injections. I had blood work done 5 weeks after I switched over. Maybe I should have given it more time, before getting blood work. I switched back to shallow intramuscular.
Some people prefer IM over subQ. Both work!

@@janverschuren593 My doctor figured it was because of the absorption from subq being a lot slower. If I had felt good even with my numbers being lower I would have stuck with it. Unfortunately that was not the case. Mood, energy, libido, erection quality and vascularity all took a dive at about week 3.

Thanks! The problem with a 30G needle is that it is very hard to draw up the cypionate, it is also very slow to inject as the needle is so thin and the oil is quite thick.
Back load the insulin syringe and place in a cup of hot water before injection
I want to try to do dayli subq injection in the glute, is it any risq to put it in a blood vein? As when I aspire I can not see anything with such little needles
I always use 26g needle in my legs, vastus lateralis. But i draw before injecting to make sure no blood comes in. Problem is a little air gets in while doing it, so i don't inject it all.
Hi did you go in the glute , I was to inject subq and assume you would inject the same area of glute you would intramuscular so upper right

Hi, What is the mixing oil ? Is it sesame seed oil or cotton seed? I've heard cotton seed is less dense and better for Subq. Some clinics are offering MCT oil which is alot better for the body than seed oils..
I've been doing daily propionate (200mg/week) subQ injections can I add 50mg-100mg nandrolone (deca 100) once a week with the propionate and inject in the same way? or should I not mix the 2?
It's completely fine to mix them.
If you draw up 0.15ml, do you discard whatever is left in the ampule?
Nothing on here to tell me how to store the Ethanate after breaking an Ampoule. Do you transfer it all to the multi-dose vial and then draw from there? If so, what needle? I was only provided with 25G, 27G and 30G. Also the needles don't look big enough to reach the bottom of the mult-dose vial - all a bit confusing...
did you figure anything out? i bought empty vials and filled them with the Ethanate but I am unsure if its safe to do so
Yeah, it's right to transfer to the vial, I just needed some bigger needles.
I've tried 2 days ago for the first time injecting subq. Now i have a terrible swelling on my abs. I've used a 29g syringe and a particolar thick test. May be too much alcol in the oil?

Hi Chris,
This is not a problem, you shouldn't be injecting a large amount of air but it can be impossible to remove all air from the needle/syringe. It is only an issue if injected into a blood vessel in an IM injection - in which case the testosterone oil would also be a problem. We aspirate before injecting to prevent this.

I agree with sub q, however, never into fat as over time will form nodules, just inject anywhere you would an IM.
You realise subq injections always go into fat, doesn't matter what part of your body if you follow the proper technique. Shallow intramuscular with an insulin needle is much safer and avoids this whole issue

I did more than half the syringe .6 ml into my belly and the next morning there’s a small lump, too much volume at once or should I rub the spot to spread it out right after inj?
It’s fine. The lump will go away, if you don’t want the lump try to go a little deeper. I inject 100 mg every three days

No, you're not, not for subq, and it's not recommended for intramuscular anymore either
I switched from Nebido to Testosterone Cypionate and my first time doing subcutaneous, my stomach Bruise and sore also lump. is this normal? if it's normal and I commit to 3 day 0.25mL injection, then there might be a possibility my whole stomach becomes very sore to touch. Please share any experience?
More plates more dates say you never really want to inject oil based substances subcutaneously as it can lead to this problem. He suggests shallow intramuscular with insulin needles, daily injections with 0.1-0.2ml per shot
Fyi I had this same issue you are describing so I did more research and followed his advice.

How long on TRT do you have to be before you notice a difference? Ive been using for around 30 days and hevent noticed really any difference so arent sure if I'm doing something wrong or if I need to give it more time....I use 200mg per week split into 2 injections. Any suggestions?

Hi Jesse, the benefits of TRT are usually measured in months not weeks, but different patients see improvements in their symptoms at different times. Have you measured your bloods since starting treatment? It is important to regularly monitor your bloods so that treatment can be tailored to your body's needs.

It takes awhile to dial it in. You can’t miss a shot, break them up into 2 or 3 shots a week. Don’t drink or eat fast food. Pay attention to your body. It’s like anything else, the more experience you have the better you’ll get.
You should get a boner like your 15 within hours. If your 30 days in, you most likely have additional health issues.
Wow! I didn’t know you could inject into the stomach as well. You helped me with my hCg injections which I inject into the stomach. I usually inject my T into the upper buttocks area. What’s the difference between the thigh, butt and stomach?
Thigh and but are usually intra muscular injections. Belly fat is a subcutaneous injection not intra muscular.
@@benhall2235 so are you using an insulin syringe when injecting into the thigh? My doctor told me to inject my Pregnyl and B12 subcutaneously. I was also told to inject my testosterone high up my butt cheek.

I did my first Test injection...subQ injection, at the inner thigh. Is there anything wrong with that location?

It's required in order to get the testosterone into fat tissue. Also safer as you don't want to puncture the abdominal wall.

Best buying a 10ml vial and filling that up with the ampules. Or for the time being fill multiple syringes up with your dose and leave them in a draw until you need. 👍🏾
Don’t need to refrigerate this unless you live in a very warm climate, but probably best to keep it in a dark cabinet.

Test is oil based. Hcg is water based. Water and oil don't mix. So, what do you think yourself?
What is the maximum amount of cypionate for one injection?
Depends on the carrier oil. Some oils are easier to absorb for the body, and some oils are likely to leave lumps for some time.
Castor oil: up to 0,5 ml per injection depot.
Grapeseed oil: up to 0,75 ml per injection depot.
Sesame oil: up to 0,75 ml per injection depot.
Cottonseed oil: up to 0,75 ml per injection depot.
MCT oil: up to 1 ml per injection depot.
Keep in mind, subcutaneous administrations result in a different serum concentration over time compared to intra muscular administrations. With subcutaneous administrations the injection depot is released a lot slower, so your serum levels will be lower. This way serum concentrations are more stable, but the peak isn't that high as compared to intra muscular administrations. Things such as estrogen are easier to manage, to keep in control this way

It depends on the ester used and the other ingredients such as the carrier oil. Some esters such as enanthate tend to sting with the subQ injections. With these the intramuscular injection is generally better with less stinging.
Inserting the needle doesn't hurt much at all. If it hurts for SubQ then intramuscular tends to hurt less especially with a 27 or 29G needle.
I too was worried about injecting myself, as the thought of it made me feel sick. I had a live feed demonstration of how to do, when I signed up with Optimale.
