    I've been doing injections for 1.5 years through a clinic not black market. I feel fantastic compared to how I felt before getting involved with this stuff. I exercise like I used to in my 20's and 30's. Things are just better all around. I'm 53 and feel roughly 35. It's a huge game changer.

    Always trusted knowledge from a man who walks the walk. Thank you for helping us out. I'm a 55 year old man, gifted with a lean body mass genetically and I work a very physical trade. My weakness is two spinal disorders that limit my mobility and have effected my strength. Last year I started testosterone cypionate with a once a week injection of 200 mg. After three months my body changed tremendously, muscle density, better sleep, cognitive ability in balance and positive energy. My sexual function returned to where I was in my 30's, morning wood like an oak tree. Negative was a touch of gyno which I had developed in my 20's while using anabolics as a competitive bodybuilder for about 3 years. I've since dialed in my dosage to about 125mg split in two bi weekly doses. Honestly haven't felt this good in decades. The gyno symptoms have completely stopped as my body balances the estrogen enough to stop that side effect. My next step is to have my blood work done and reviewed by an HRT clinic of who provided the requisition for this. Currently it costs me about $150 per year for the testosterone and a few bucks for syringes and cleaning supplies.. A clinic was going to charge me $1800 per year for the same therapy.

      Awesome stuff 👏. I am 50 and just started test cypiniate 120mg, every 7 days. Only been 4 days, but this morning 😂I was raging hard. Lol. I still can get hard but the libido was horniness was going down. I am looking forward for week 5, hopefully I will really notice by than. I go to a clinic, but it's the ONLY way I could ever dream of getting the wife 😂to agree. She would freek if I did it online or black market. So I pay $190 bucks a month, tests and any amount of medicines included, and I can get shots there or take them home. I am doing weekly office visits for a while. I hate needles and I will need some times before I pin myself 😂😂

      @@robertmajor2266I am 50, my test was 480 total. Last week I went to the northeast mens health clinic and I got a membership. It's ends up being $190 bucks month. No insurance, so they have some wierd credit card they charge under my name and I pay monthly. If I cancel I get the credit card refunded and closed with a 200.cancelation fee. 187 bucks is 2 restaurant dinners a month. Fuk it , rather pay for youth. I am 50 , look young, soon will be looking and FEEELING young again. And I am weight lifting 🏋️‍♂️ again 💪🏽, haven't lifted a program since I was a senior in high school. 50 is the new 20 baby!

    Thanks Doc, i been following you on Instagram and YT for 2 years now. I have recently lost about 75 lbs when I turned 45, felt like a million bucks and a walking "hard on". But at age 47 -48 started losing energy, motivation and had brain fog. I quit drinking booze completely last year and still feel no energy . I finally pulled.the trigger at 50 years old, just got a membership at mens clinic and I am getting a 120 ml injection 💉 every week. 4 days after injection i don't feel much obviously. I am afraid of needles , but my clinic is close to home and they will inject 💉 me, no extra cost, or i can bring it home. I definitely will visit the office every week for months until i am comfortable pinning myself. I have tattoos, but hate IV needles 😅. Its all worth it. I waited til 50.. my total test number was 480, it may be normal ,but not normal for me. I am used to being the biggest and most confident bastard in the room. I want that back. I am still young, 50 is just a number 😂

    Thank you for the video. It validated my situation. Got on Test Gel mid 40’s after feeling like something was terribly wrong with me. I thought I’m either dying of some disease or something else is really wrong. My total test 39. Yes 39 ! Then fought with my endocrinologist because I didn’t have my blood drawn at the correct time. Early am.
    So I complied. Results total test of 29! So needless to say getting on TRT was a blessing!! No irritability, moodiness, fatigue etc
    Been 7yrs on TRT, but the gel is crazy $$$!! Full retail for 3 months $2400 !! And just to keep my levels between 500-700 I was taking 90mg per day!! So I decided to jump in and get a bottle of Test Cypionate 250mg/cc self inject and it’s been so much better! I’m at 50mg every other day so only 150mg per week. Micro dosing is key !! I got a little carried away at the start and started getting some sides. Ie sore nipples. But that’s because I got a little too greedy and was at like 250mg / week plus I was still taking like 60mg gel a day.
    Anyway thanks for the video
    Very helpful.

    • @michealofalluin4527
      @michealofalluin4527 2 года назад +1

      Wow. That's expensive for the Gel. Here in Ireland it costs round $70 per pump container. It's also useless. The maximum recommended dose of four pumps on the arms is enough to shut down whatever your body is naturally producing, without replacing it with a sufficient level of Testosterone. It might even be less than you were originally producing naturally. It certainly isn't enough for an optimal dose. It's like chemical castration in my opinion. I started on the gel and over a period of two months it was great but that was because the testosterone in the gel was adding to my natural levels. Once my natural levels were shut down, I crashed down to below my original level.

After a couple weeks you’ll have better focus and mood. You might lose 10lbs in the first year. If you stay active you’ll notice some muscle gain. If you have low t then trt is a total game changer. I would have never started to go to the Gym if it were not because of TRT, I had subclinical testosterone levels so I had to do my own research and take it on my own.
    8 months later and I'm stronger and happier than ever, I'll do one first and last well done Trenbolone cycle before leaving TRT, my hormones are suppressed already so I have to do a good PCT independently of the Trenbolone.
    I got what I needed from TRT and now I feel like I have the strength, the body and mind to keep exercising on my own, it's not more a horrible activity like I experienced every time I tried, I'm actually enjoying it, and I'm planning to exercise the rest of my life.
    TRT and hormones apart; At the beginning, everything is horrible, everything is hard, even breathing, the look of the others [or so I thought] is like a constant judging on your body, but no one would ever think or tell you something worse than what you tell to yourself, don’t be your own enemy brother/sister, love yourself, you’re going to be just fine, happy not matter what is the circumstance or your look, love yourself, just after you’re happy with yourself, as you are, you’ll want to take care of yourself, then you’ll want to be stronger and healthy and beautiful because you love yourself, I think that that’s the most important thing that I learned from this experience, I wish I knew it before, it doesn’t matter if you take something or not, if you love yourself everything is possible.

    I'm 57 and been in healthcare for over 27 years trained in exercise physiology and the last 9 years integrative functional medicine. I started on TRT for the 3rd time about 2 months ago because I tried everything in the book to get my free T up, but it never happened. I had a total T of 740, but my SHBG was in the low 70s and my free T was in the 50s. Not good! So, I've been injecting 30mg testosterone enanthate twice weekly and taking 300IU HCG twice weekly as well. To my surprise after 4 weeks on such a low dose, my total T was nearly 1500 and my free T was in the high 200s with E2 in the mid 30s. I have no underlying medical issues, BP is perfect at 105/65 mornings and 110/68 average in the evenings. Bodyfat at around 14% and my goal is around 12%.
    Okay, so I just started implementing 30mg pregnenolone every night and 25mg DHEA every morning. Why? Well, I had a neural scan and it showed my amygdala lit up like a firecracker because most likely from stress. So, according to clinical trials, pregnenolone can be beneficial for PTSD or calming down the fight or flight response in the brain. Also, my blood levels were at 98 and I'd like to see the levels in the 180-200 range. Also, my DHEA levels were 298 so not bad, but at my age an optimal level would be in the 400-600 range so I am going to shoot for somewhere in that range and see how I feel. My RBC was at 5.75 which is at the top of the range. My hematocrit was at 50% so not horrible, but I am exercising daily, staying hydrated, and taking a supplement called Nattokinase because it has been proven to prevent clots as it increases the body's ability (tissue plasminogen activator) by up to 4X and it reduces fibrinogen and thrombin. I think this supplement in conjunction with 100mg pycnogenol is something everyone should consider taking if they are on TRT just to be on the safe side.
    Would like to see what you think Doc regarding that. I've been taking it for almost 3 months now with no side effects and my RDW is always around 12.2 or so which most likely indicates that my RBCs are flexible which is what you want when it comes to circulation. I also take 2g of Omega 3s per day as well. I don't want to donate because my ferritin went from 66 to 18 about 2 weeks after starting the TRT so I hate to crash my ferritin even further. Some guys with elevated levels of iron/ferritin and RBCs may need to donate so check with your doc. Great info as usual. I'm going to download the anabolic app because you can never know everything when it comes to the human body! Keep up the good work!

    I inject every day with an insulin needle a fifth of a milliliter every day. That would be the two on an insulin needle. It is much easier to inject. And you'll get an even flow of testosterone every day with no fluctuations. People think you need to do a 23 gauge injection or 25 gauge injection of testosterone with an inch needle minimum. It does not matter if it's a half inch diabetic needle it gets in subcutaneously and that's all you need you will not get his scar tissue as well

    I went to my Dr that was a DO, I had been seeing him for 10-12 years. I had a drinking issue for a few years and got clean. I was working out every morning before work with no improvements. I asked my Dr to check my test levels. I was around 38 yo. My Dr told me if he checked the levels and it was low there was nothing he could do anyway. I asked about testosterone, he said no that will just give you prostate cancer. At the time I did a lot of research, there was no evidence that was true. I went to an on line Dr and he sent me orders for blood work. My testosterone levels came back at 200. He put me on .5 milligrams twice a week. I am now 54 yo. My test levels go from 675-745. My fee test is around 14-17. I feel great. In between the years I had another dr that was local prescribe me 1 mil twice a week. My red blood cells went through the roof. When I went back for my blood test they would not RE-UP my prescription. They said I had to donate blood. I refused, I had been on test for 10 years and never herd that it could make your blood thick. I quit taking it for a year or so. All my bloodwork came back ok but my body no longer produced testosterone. I went to a new place local and my levels were…. Test 47, free test 0. I felt like crap, I wasn’t healthy, my cholesterol went up off the charts. I can send you the results. They put me back on testosterone.4 milligrams twice a week. All my bad blood levels were back in range and my test levels were back to 650-750, free test 17. I’m no longer tired or have mood swings, I’m not depressed anymore either. Micro dosing has been the way to go for me!!! Soooo much better.

    Hello Doc I really enjoy watching you you're very educational. I've never commented on one of your things though but this 1 caught my attention. I am supposed to be going and possibly getting put on TRT. My labs came back and I was 150.5 . Now I am 35 years old I have struggled since I was about 17 years old with lower testosterone due to the fact Of getting on pro hormones and not knowing exactly what they were. This is when they were still legal I didn't believe they were steroids he told me they weren't. So I hit one of running around 8 to 10 cycles within a year and a 1/2 half without no PCT or nothing. Before I finally figured out what they actually were. And from then on my energy levels and levels and my sex drive was never the same. There were a couple doctors That I was going to and I explained my situation and they just blew it off and made some excuse. One did finally do a testosterone sastroom test and at the time the time period II was at like 367. So he looks at it and says well the good thing is is it's in range You're at the very low end but you're still in range And I was 25 years old at the time. So I asked him why am I tired and why is my sex drive very low all the time . His answer for me was well you know Jon You are getting older you're gonna get tired and you're not gonna have have the same type of sex drive that you have when you're a teenager these are just things that happened. Needless to say I was very upset with that answer sir I was 25 years old I was not 40 50 years old. And I had always wondered When they pull that chart up yeah I'm all the way at the low end could it be that it was actually towards the high end. Until I went and messed myself up doing those pro hormones and I've just never recovered back to what I was. Either way that's just a little bit of of my story. I felt a bad identity and that the only way I was going to get any help is if I do it myself so I spent hundreds of hours Of research on TRT and also things that go with it. So I had built my own program at home without using testosterone. It had consisted of HCG Administered 3 times a week for 5000.Tamoxifen 20mg day.,Tadalafil 5mg day, D3 5000iu,Zinc 50mg ,Fenugreek 610mg. After about 2 and a 1/2 to 3 months I started feeling really good. But now I can't afford to keep up that And I was wondering when I go to the doctor a you're the doctor about getting on TRT if you think he would consider putting but you consider putting me on HCG And tamoxifen . And if you have any other suggestions to help boost my testosterone up naturally without getting any injections injections or cream or whatever. Thank you so much for your time and your videos once again they are awesome they are awesome and very educational.

I’m doing 100mg a week and after viewing your channel I do not feel that it will be safe to keep using anastrozole but it’s mixed it. Is it safe to finish this session and do pure test on the next or would you recommend I stop. Not medical advice, Just a suggestion. Thank you

      If your doc put you on anti-estrogens right out of the gate you need a new doc. Virtually all the health benefits of testosterone are conferred by its aromatization into estradiol. If you're not having estrogenic side effects there's no reason for an anti-estrogen. Also, taking smaller more frequent doses can usually keep estrogen under control without anti-estrogens.

    The best way is to put 40 drops of DMSO in your vial and then mix it up and put three drops right in the crease your elbow that dilutes it to about 1 milligram per drop and just take three drops of those a day that is the best way some people need 4 but I've found most people need three and my one vial now lasts 40 plus days instead of one week.

    I just finished one year of TRT. I've had prostate issues before the TRT for several years if not longer. At roughly 50 years of age a significant number of men develop Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH). Due to BPH the prostate starts to grow from it's walnut size to a size that constricts the urethra & pushes up against the bladder causing the urge to frequently urinate through out the day & unfortunately several times during sleep I would have to get up out of bed to urinate...so a good night's sleep (critical to overall health) was impossible. Anyway...before starting TRT my PSA number was 1.7...4.0 or above is concerning. As the year went by I would have lab work done approximately every 3 months. The test results showed the PSA #'s increasing. I was told to lower my level of weekly injection from 0.7ml to 0.6ml. Recent lab work revealed my PSA at 4.1...concerning. I was advised to stop the treatment for several weeks & then return for lab/blood work. The lab work showed my PSA #'s dropped down to 2.7 & I was advised to restart the weekly injections. At this time I'm debating whether to restart the therapy. Allow me to back up a bit. I"m in my early 60's & in pretty good shape overall. My TRT provider had commercials on the radio advertising thier treatment, mainly for ED issues. The TRT Clinic also mentioned fatigue, brain fog, mood swings etc. Thankfully I didn"t have ED issues but I was experiencing several "symptoms" mentioned above. So after one full year of TRT I didn't experience substantial effects. Maybe a feeling of overall well being...an increase in brain clarity but not the results that would have me telling my siblings & friends "you've gotta' get on TRT it's awesome". So at this stage I'm weighing the Pros & Cons & debating whether I will restart the TRT...leaning towards discontinuing the treatment.

      So if I read this correctly, you control your BPH and therefore PSA level by the amount of Testosterone you are taking? I am wondering if a high PSA level is a concern when the cause is BPH that is not giving any symptoms such as the problems with urination. The reason I am asking is that my PSA has increased from 2.1, to 2.5, to 4.5 during 3 blood tests over the past 6 months. I am taking the 20% testosterone cream and currently trying to find the best and lowest level. Probably 50mg daily. I can certainly see the testosterone and the subsequent coversion to DHT affecting my prostate. In fact I know it does as I have gone from mastubation/sex once or twice a week to two or three times daily. Those prostate cells have to enlarged and working hard to produce all that extra ejaculate so I can see the increase in PSA. However, I don't have any urination symptoms. I might wake up once a night to urinate but it's a strong stream. No dribbling etc. I'm happy except for this increase in PSA. I guess I will keep montoring it and if it increases, reduce the testosterone, get a digital rectal exam and maybe even a MRI. I'm 68. 73kg.

    Testosterone rules for the Doctors and Pharmaceutical companies trying to make more money. It's bad for mens long- term health. Unfortunately, most people are concerned about short -term ego driven results. I'm not talking about real cases of hypogodism, but the push to think this is a good option for all men.

    • @marcusbarnes5929

      Just so you know, Long term low test levels are alot worse for cardio vascular, prostate and brain function than having normal range test levels.. plenty of recent studies on this.
      Healthy testosterone maintained at healthy levels are literally the fountain of youth for men & women.
      Low test is very dangerous in so many ways that can be easily reversed through test replacment therapy.

      @marcusbarnes5929 Absolutely agree if they actually have low testosterone. But , when they're at a normal base level and just trying to increase it to gain more muscle, that's the problem with many health concerns.

    • @marcusbarnes5929
      @marcusbarnes5929 8 месяцев назад

      @chrism2383 800 to 1000 is normal optimal range..anyone under 400 is low test and the dangers I mentioned earlier come into play...most neurological disorders can be solved with testosterone levels being repaired.
      Instead most doctors prescribe anti depression medications and it make patients worse off.

    • @chrism2383
      @chrism2383 8 месяцев назад

      @marcusbarnes5929 I agree the anti- depression meds are way over prescribed and usually do more harm than good. My point is I'm a 58 year old male who got back to weightlifting 3 years ago. I'm making good gains and feel good. In that position, I think it's ego over health to do testosterone. To try and increase my bench or be able to add some size isn't worth the risk. If you have low testosterone or other issues, then I agree with you.

    I been on TRT for years and all the sudden my PSA shot up to 9 then to 12 in two weeks. Dr told me not to take it till figure out what’s happening. It’s been a month and I am in a very low place mentally and physically. Last checked it two weeks ago and it was 75. I had a 175 when I started it. Need help. What can I do? Going crazy

      Mate, you might have a infection in your prostate. Get it checked, it happened to me. If you are having sex, your chica can transmit a yeast infection to your prostate. Good luck.

      Losing the TRT is why you're feeling down. That controls your mood. It's like taking away a woman's ovaries. Complete loss of ambition, energy, happiness, and sex drive. Sleep quality will suck too. Figure out what's going on, and get back on the TRT. In the meantime get a good natural over the counter test booster until.
