I quit old diminon few months back went to FedEx line haul there seniority works based on how many miles you drive vs how many years you been there been at FedEx for 5 months already been offered a permanent run but I stayed on the extra board lol get over 3k miles a week running hard to get the 600 miles a day run before I leave the extra board.
Nice to see you back dog…out here in Southern CA, most LTL companies out here are advertising for dock and not drivers…I’m a former Yellow driver, I’ve heard through the grapevine that some non union LTL’s aren’t hiring Yellow drivers. I’d like to think that’s not true, but knowing freight is generally slow around this time of year, so I made a plan to extend my opportunities as a driver, so I start school bus training on Tuesday.
I’m glad to be back. I appreciate the support. Hopefully they aren’t being targeted but I know some companies don’t like the unions. That shouldn’t be the drivers fault though. Good job on trying to maximize your income. Safe travels

Do I need my hazmat & doubles too work with old dominion or is that just an option
Yes, it’s a requirement to have both plus tanker since some of the hazmats are in totes.

@@sweepieer305 you just have to pay to add there to your license. Not take the test. So wait until you pass all 3. Have you ever had hazmat before?

It’s not too hard. Depends on terminal, position, and if you have a referral you would have a better chance. Where do you live?
