  • Bodyweight routine
    I use this routine to get into great shape for my competition. If someone was going to beat they would have to earn it.
    All you need is a timer
    20 seconds work
    10 seconds rest
    Perform each block 3 times
    2 to 5 minutes rest in between blocks
    1st Block
    A. Jump Squat
    B. Push up to sit out
    C. Leg raise
    2nd Block
    A. Burpee to broad jump
    B. Mountain climbers
    C. Bicycle
    3rd Block
    A. Plyo lunges
    B. Push up
    C. Plank
