Replacing worn out seat cushion in my 2000 Jeep TJ.
Просмотров 4821 день назад
A 20 year old seat was killing my back. So after some research I found it was fairly expensive to replace seat verus saving cash and learning a skill to replace cushion. I got my cushion from Summit racing for less than 100 bucks, and 20 bucks for hog ring pliers. The work took maybe 2 hours and results put a big smile on my face. #automobile #jeeplife #jeeptj #JEEPseatrepair #

Sandbag training is a definite game changer.
I just can't help but thinking how many old people get injured, swinging the kettle balls around.
@user-ry1vi1jc7o Been Coaching for over 20 years, and not a single one. The key is having experienced Coaches
NOTE: Sarcopenia vs. Sacropenia... Sacropenia is age-related shrinkage of the scrotum which is not known to have ever been experienced by anyone.
Sarcopenia. Important message!
What a GORGEOUS man!
I am 66 nearly 67 and I still lift weights the same as when I was much younger so I have retained my strength.
@chrissheppard5068 Yes sir 🙌 that is the best way to be
I am excited to find your channel, Coach. Eagerly awaiting your next teachings.
Thank you for sharing

8 years ago and it’s only showing me now? Took long enough for the recommendations to become reliable
I din't know Huberman was judoka... wait, why does he sound different? ...and why is he shorter? What's goin on man?
💪 this is awesome and inspiring
Bringing in glass isn’t great
@J57133 Agreed that was side by side group, we do t wheel together anymore. They drink amd drive, go off trail, litter etc.

I have a sandbag that weighs about 100 lbs. I use it regularly but never tried this, it’s a genius move. Gonna try it out tomorrow.
Way to go old guy!
Tom 👊
good job random old man
That looks like a pretty good footwork drill too. It's got all of the elements of a throw. The grip, the explosive hoist, the step in and turn, and the slam. Kumi kata, kuzushi, tsukuri, kake. Nice! 👍😊

Please don't record video in vertical resolution.. and definitely please do not wear sandals in the desert off-roading
Dont watch, I dont make videos for you.
@@coachbiggsremedy9634 I get it but if you want people to watch them they need to be a landscape. It's really hard to watch a video in vertical resolution. I'm not trying to insult you
@@BuckinLifeoffroad I get that, I never intended this content to be more then a free cloud. But now I have over four years of wheeling and exploring in some really cool places and experienced some really intense off road. I'm talking to friend ( got degree on editing)and we are going to start dedicated channel.
Im doing overnight by Williams June 22, you are welcomed to join. Very small group, easy trails, amazing views and good company.
@@coachbiggsremedy9634 very cool! It's super fun doing something you love, while sharing it with other people that love the same thing.
This is awsome, did you have any tips or can you upload a video for kata guruma.
My old carcass isn’t up to the demands of judo but this exercise will improve my functional strength Thank you
I've been doing Judo since 2017 and have only just started training with sand bags, wish I found this back when i started. Seems so obvious now.
Military kit bag,,with,a bag of sand inside, would be easy to make, and cheap
Cool wasn’t aware huberman trained judo
Great idear how often do you recommend training with it per week
Thank you👊 Depends on the goal, current fitness level, weight of bag etc. . General fitness and skill developmwnt 2-3 days a week with 24 hours recovery in between workouts.
@coachbiggsremedy9634 @coachbiggsremedy9634 gentleman 👍💪💪 thanks for responding
Have hit variations of both of these stretches in yoga classes. Cool video bro.
Variation sure, specifically what are you looking for?
I was thinking about a 15 Kg sandbag for my 5 yr old. So lay him below it and he needs to push it off. So i found this which is still just out of his league I guess...
You can use any amount of weight. Really just depends on your goals. Do you want to improve power or conditioning?
Dudes being mans
is that huberman's long lost twin?
i thought he looked familiar 😄
Dönerman
😂
he is LOL
Sandbag training is underrated in (functional) strength. You can develop whole body strength with just sandbags.
My upstairs neighbour be like:
You can train at a park, use the equipment for pull-ups and box jumps
Dammmmmmmn!!! I have never seen this nor have I thought about this. That’s incredible strength and power
Thanks brother 👊
