  • Sandbag ladder
    Sandbag 65 lbs
    Kettlebell 20 kg
    15 KB swings between each set of sandbag shouldering each side
    15 KB swings
    1-1 SB shouldering
    15 KB swings
    2-2 SB shouldering
    15 KB swings
    3-3 SB shouldering
    All the way up to 10-10 set a stop watch to keep record. Make sure to pace yourself and stay safe. Time will decrease with practice.
