Can I ask you a general question on naive t cells? I have hypogammaglobulinaemia - IGg & IGA deficient, b cell lymphopaenia (CD19+) decreased naive b cells, normal switched memory b cells, normal Tregs, high naive t cells CD4 & CD8 and low C Mem CD4, E Mem CD4 & CD8 low TEMRA CD8 in terms of % values.
Generally speaking is there an explanation - theory for elevated naive t cells? I don't have a science background.
No I don't think the explanation holds true
Is not the central lymphoid tissue to T lymphocyte activation the thymus? and in the bone marrow for B lymphocyte activation?
T cell develops at thymus but the activation happens in lymphnode

Is this the same way for both types of t cells? I mean helpers T4 and cytotoxic T8?
Yes it's quite same for both, it's just that class 1 mhc bound viral peptides are presented to TCR-CD8 complex

How to activate the Tcell.. Do we need to eat certain food?
With food you can't activate t cells. If any body claims that then they are big fool.
The naive t cell is either cytotoxic or helper?
Yes
I can't understand! Here you say that activated t naive cell will become a single type among many types of helper t cell, another video says that activated t cell will become cytotoxic t cell and activates helper t cell in process?? Is this determined by whether antigrn is endogenous or exogenous?
Yes it's antigen dependent
