How do you tighten the bb so it doesn't get loose?
It's eccentric, so you have to twist the bb to tighten or loosen the chain.
Witchcraft! Does make for a cool chain line so worth the deal with the devil...

Is that a cassette cog in the rear with spacers? Or a freewheel? Narrow wide chainring?
