    Your video came along at the right time! I dislocated my knee a couple weeks ago and was just told to stay off for two weeks and apply ice and heat. Then, it was kind of "don't let the door hit your azz on the way out" and ask at reception about crutches.
    I'm sooo glad I subscribed to your channel a while ago.

      You got this! It's a sad state of affairs how behind the times the medical community can be. On the bright side, I use the ice and anti inflammatory recommendation as a tell tale sign as to whether or not the health care provider keeps ups with the research. Good luck with your recovery!

      Agreed. I cringe when I take one of my kids for an xray to rule out a fracture and the doc tells them to take Advil and "ice it". MMMHMMM, sure doc.

      Depends on the goal. Definitely don't want to do it after strength training, it thwarts the inflammation response needed for muscle growth.
