What's going on in our physiology that allows the changes?
In this video, we'll reveal the surprising results of this challenge. Did it make a significant difference? Did it improve our strength? You'll find out! 🤔

Exciting....there are days when I can't get to the bench, too many people waiting in line and bench press is my first weight training on upper body. I don't want to sit around in the gym waiting...so I'm gonna start doing 5 sets of push ups on those days!! Thanks so much for this video!!

This channel is a gem! I did experience the same, only did pushups for a few months and back in the gym my bench press increased 30lbs+. I think high reps increase small blood vessels feeding the muscle and give extra strength and the big dudes I know who can bench press a lot also can do a lot push ups but they don't tell openly...

not to surprised on the gains, as you're training the same muscle group in a different way, the "hit the deck" developed by soviet olympic power lifters has given me more gains than weights in chest tbh
on another note, highly suggest a new mic stand with better isolation, or sitting back from the table, my subwoofer was going crazy :P great vid tho

Fair point. My max isn't too far ahead of my body weight which likely played a role. I need people like you to help me with my A/V game....I just bought a mic stand...thanks!

This is good feedback. I've changed editing to try to keep people engaged but maybe overdone. If you don't mind me asking, what target audience do you sit in (besides your youtube handle 😂)
