This as a tutorial as absolutely fantastic for low to mid range players wanting to get into doc and for the higher skilled players who want to be able to learn the matchup as to not be easily cheesed. Plus I appreciate the clips being synced to the music.
Btw there is a jab lock combo I discovered. Send them at a tech chase with f-throw at %10, do 3 shorthop fastfall landing d-airs and then do f-smash (on characters that weight less than mario you have to do shff landing d-air -> jab -> shff rising d-air -> f-smash). It barely doesn’t kill if they DI it right and jump immediately but it does more damage than d-air -> d-throw -> down-b and d-air into up-smash. I have only tested it on captain falcon and mario so I don’t know if it works on every character.

@@clownworld1017 I main him too, I know that character better than ant else in the game. His recovery is gimpable and is the reason why everyone thinks he is bad, including the fact that no one understands his combo game.

Walljump -> Cape to Edgeguard is some swaggy shit once you've conditioned you're opponent. Using Side-B also makes you automatically grab the ledge even if you're facing away. Walljump -> B-Reverse Pill is a great way to get back to stage too if you're opponent isn't right at the ledge waiting for you. You may, cover these later but they're my favorite swag strats as a Doc Main. EDIT: Also, if N-Air combo's, Up-B also probably combos, use responsibly.

What I don't like about DR Mario is that forward air and back air are completely opposite, one is fast with no lag, and the other is supper laggy; If you missinput the fast backair and instead throw a punch, you can SD or compromise a lot.
It’s to bad that I want him to be my low tier main. But I’m so bad at him that I instead chose Little Mac to be my low tier main. And to this day Little Mac is in the spot in elite smash where Doc was supposed to be.

y do u use down b when vertically recovering cause the benefit vertically is negligible when instead you can do an "extended" up B that makes super jump punch angle straight up
@@NotPofkp Ok wolf also has a bad recovery but he's high tier or some shit. Doc doesnt struggle with neutral. He can win neutral easily and do safe shield pressure, a lot of aerials can confirm into grab combos as well. He can also escape combos by down b. But if you think hes bad, then thats your opinion. No offense to your opinion.
